Very helpful shop staff and manager contacted by shop staff member by phone. Very accommodating when delivery date had to be changed twice!! Very helpful delivery gentleman who worked around my need to change dates for access to newly purchased apartment - made an already very stressful situation that bit easier - very impressed by friendliness and kindness shown.

We bought a reclining 2.5 seater couch and the experience was great! Ordering was really easy, in store staff was helpful. We got emails along the way as we waited for our couch to arrive to the warehouse. Delivery was so quick and professional, the guys were lovely and put the couch together quickly. Absolutely no complaints as there were no issues. The couch is comfortable and we love it. Will definitely be my first stop for other furniture purchases.

Recently purchased a bed from Murphy’s furniture- delivery guys were lovely and very helpful, lost a part when putting it together and customer care team went above and beyond to help me out

I purchased a full bedroom set and never received my dressing table mirror. I only got a broken piece of it. they advertise free deliveries I had to pay for my own. The worst shopping experience I’ve ever had. still no mirror and dealing with nothing only lies I would not recommend shopping at this store.

Delivered on time and the bed quality and finish was superb. Will buy again

Worst experience. Avoid these scammers. Ordered two matteress from Naas store. They never sent receipts/invoice via email. Ask them hundreds of time. Deilvery time was 5-10 working days. Three weeks past and have no clue when they will deliver. Rang them (Maria) and ask for update they shutt the phone on my face. Rang again (James) he had no clue when the matterress will be delivered ? Still waiting. Unprofessional staff. No credibility over commitments. Very frustrating.

I ordered a divan base and headboard, when I went to collect items . I decided to buy a wardrobe and chest of drawers. Picked them out. I was told their would be a wait of a few days, wardrobe and chest of drawers where not in store. No problem. Went down stairs to pay and this where the Fun begins. After I paid for my purchases I was told" sorry we forgot to say the wardrobe and chest of drawers come FLAT PACK" and would have to assembled in the warehouse for an extra cost. OK, €30 for chest of drawers and customer assistant said probably around €40 for the wardrobe. OK. I said fine I'll pay the extra amount when the items were ready for collection. Today they phoned me to say the wardrobe was in store for collection but not assembled, but we have a HANDYMAN that would come to home and assemble the wardrobe for€75. I called back into the store and got a refund for the wardrobe and chest of drawers. Just avoid this furniture store. Absolute time wasters.

The communication was brilliant, they responded to any queries within 24hrs and called ahead of arriving with the delivery, delivery drivers were also very pleasant would definitely recommend!

The best value for headboards and also had it instock so no delay in getting it. It’s a really good quality headboard. The staff were very helpful and courteous.

Product received is defective and cannot asemble. I did inform the store and took back the product for them to sort out with the warehouse. Few days later no response and no after service.

Dreadful service. First headboard from bed was damaged. Replacement was sent but that was the wrong size so had to be sent back too. After much stress we eventually got it sorted
