I liked the immediate availability and the easiness of booking. In less than 24h from incidence my problem was resolved. The repairman was professional and had an apprentice with him
However I was lucky that I had in my possession a spare evacuation tube for the dishwasher since the repairman did not have spare parts with them (which would have required ordering and then a second visit - I ignored if included in the price or not)
