Desaster
Didn’t order parts, completely ghosted our 2. repair request and never updated us on why there‘s a delay of months when the promise was 1 week ordering and then repair.
It’s been a complete destaster and nobody wants to take responsibility for the hours and hours of having to wash an entire household by hands.
