I didn't think I could receive a friendlier rep but munishescape seemed to prove me wrong, they have an extremely friendly and willing to help customer support team who is with you every step of they way. They helped me pick out the perfect apartment for my stay and I just loved every second if my trip! The apartment was beautiful and the scenery that surrounded it waas beautiful too, I really loved it. I had an amazing time using MunishEscape and I couldn't recommend it enough.

I just returned from Munich where I had to attend a business conference. I was booked in with MunichEscape by my company so I did not reserve myself and did not know what to expect on arrival.

I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived, all went very smoothly indeed, check in was fine and there was a reception / concierge.

The studio apartment was fine for a single traveller , only a single bed so it is only for a single traveller but it was just fine for me.

Studio had all I required and was quite comfy, nice shower room (no bath),all was clean and well maintained.

Location was great and the Uban train was 5 mins walk from property so getting to my office was easy.

I had to contact MunichEscape during my stay to get an invoice out of them and it arrived to my inbox within a few minutes which I thought was excellent service. They have a live chat facility which was great and handy.

Very good over all.
