Mundy offer fantastic Rolls Royce service and I have booked with them for over 10 years. They also have a 24/7 helpline in case anything goes wrong. When Lindblad expedition cruises cancelled our Baja California whale watching trip at almost no notice in February I was in tears to Mundy at 8am on a Saturday morning. By the end of the day, we were booked into an excellent resort hotel which saved our half term trip. They also negotiated a compensation package I could never have done. Especial shout out to Sharon!

Incompetence by Melina Chhheng has not endeared me to this company, and it's highly likely that future cruises will be booked with an organisation employing professional staff.

First time using this company and well impressed. I dealt with Henry who provided all the information I needed to select the right cruise for us. He was friendly, efficient and always prompt with his service. Would definitely use them again.

This company appears to concentrate on the "small ship" (<1000 passengers!!) end of the market (although the do include Cunard who are amongst the "Big Boys"). Their regular news sheet is informative up to a point.

The staff always answered questions in a timely way by email and were available to talk to.
In comparing one cruise line with another they appeared to be objective.
I will continue to use Munday

I contacted Mundy and spoke to Cathy who was excellent. She promised three quotes that day or the following day and three very clear quotes arrived that evening. We are not sure we are going for the cruise this year but would definitely come back to Mundy if we do so next year.
