An appalling company. Still waiting almost 4 months. Emails responded to with every excuse under the sun and telling me to be patient. Refused a refund even when tracking showed item was still in China 5 weeks after purchase.
Could’ve woven the material and swum to China and back by now.

This is a fake website. Not only do they take forever to deliver, their delivery is also crap, completely not what is promised in the website. And there is no grievance handling mechanism. The email responses are automated. And they do not refund you back, as promised in their automated mail.

My friends and family shop here and for the past three months everything seems fine from how they take your orders to when they deliver it. They are super effective and professional with customers and this makes them stand out for me.

I visited mumetaz before I went to my tour to United States last month and let me tell you my experience while ordering from them, it was just fabulous as the dress was exactly what I ordered in terms of quality and colour. Honestly speaking I am just in love with the dress it is indeed a great tour dress for me. Thank you mumetaz for such an awesome dress.

Their website is user friendly and easy to understand. It isn't complex like some start up fashion websites on the internet. I think they deserve a pat on the back and good recommendation. I've so far shopped here a couple of times and I don't have any issues with them. The items and dresses are always of genuine quality and they arrive right on time.

Lots of style for great price. great fit for me, I read MANY reviews and was afraid to make the purchase, but my American size 16 x-large fit perfect. Affordable for the price and well worth it..buy for warmth & fashion, its well worth it. Everyone loves this and is always asking where I got it.

Mumetaz is a fraudulent web site. I saw an ad in Facebook - it was a lovely cotton dress and i ordered it. The garment i received did not even remotely resemble the picture. It was a poorly sewn wrinkled robe made of synthetic material. The web site offers refund if the article is sent back. I paid for the return shipping. I am not aware of Chinese customs regulations but since 9 October the package has status ¨waiting to be cleared at customs ¨. I have written to them at least 10 times that they need to declare this item at customs. Each time i get the same answer: the package has not arrived in our warehouse. I tried to contact them via Facebook - i received the same answer: the package has not arrived in our warehouse. Of course i can blame my own recklessness and naivete for not checking out Mumetaz on the internet - i would have seen the negative reviews by people who have had similar experience

Had great shopping experience at mumetaz.i have ordered from mumetaz couple of times now.and they have one of the best services out there.the clothes were of best quality at very reasonable prices this online shop has variety of clothes for different occasions which is really good and the delivery was also on time perhaps earlier than i expected.i would really recommend it for people who want fashionable clothes at low prices and also on time

Rip off artists. Clothes are not as advertised they took my money and promised me a refund and now will not pay. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

They have good quality."I purchased clothes for my daughter from Mumetaz this year. Great quality clothing, great savings and great customer service. Recommend shopping this store online. Probably the best customer service of any retailer.

This site shows clothes on their site that are not the ones they send out.The clothes on the site look amazing but its not what you get.Its false advertising and very poor quality. I am still waiting for a refund and it costs $20.80 to return.

Biggest scam Company ever, placed an order 5 months ago, I am from South Africa and I spent R1600 on clothing from Mumetaz, tis is equivalent
to $140. My order was placed 9 July and I paid extra for express delivery...............5 months!!!!! Every time I lodge a complaint they advise me that i must wait 10-20 days. I have requested a refund 3 times already.

I really wonder why I just found out about this business just recently. They have good quality fashion wears and they deliver all my orders early, earlier than I expected. And Mumetaz has very low prices for their goods. I don't have to spend a fortune to get what I need anymore. Thanks so much Mumetaz.

incrediable dresses i am such a very happy to purchasing with you...very good store! There are many beautiful things.And they serve you superbly.Visit it you will not regret it, They have great variety of clothes, accessories, etc ... and today is what we look for cool things at a good price, unbeatable treatment, quality and variety of sizes and styles at a good price. I loved it and I recommend everyone visit the store in a privileged place the clothes and accessories are excellent .

Terrible rip off and scam. Stay away. Have reported them to the federal trade bureau and better business bureau. Both work to help keep scam artists like this away. They sent me my items 4 weeks late and they looked nothing like the photos. Note I asked them to cancel and they sent anyways so I would have to pay.

Great way to mark my wedding anniversary by getting myself something cosy from their website. The dress I ordered was everything I wanted and even more, can't believe I got it at a reduced price. Thanks so much

They have a selection of incredible dresses at reasonable prices. My first and second delivery didn't take much time and I feel this store is one of the best out there.

If I could leave no stars I would. Absolutely scam. Ordered 2 items only sent one. Told me to chose comething else as other item out of stick, I asked for a refund as the first item was crap, poor quality nothing like the picture. Opened a dispute with PayPal, company kept asking me to close dispute as they couldn’t refund when dispute was open. I refused knowing if I did close it I wouldn’t be able to open another one. I eventually won the case but they then wanted me to return the first item at my expense as the company wouldn’t give a part refund. I refused to send the item back and ended up just getting a refund for the item no sent and putting the crap item down to experience. If you paid through PayPal I would get them in the phone, I did this and they got the rep who was online to issue an i,mediate refund for secon item. Companies like this should not be allowed to trade, complete and utter con artists, giving their country a bad name.

All Order did not arrive. No returns policy. Still have not received money I paid 3 months ago. Kept promising a refund with no intention of paying me
