Firstly I booked my travel insurance with multitrip insurance but when I contacted them over a lost bag I got no reply, so when I rang them I was transferred to a different company. When I went to claim I was informed I have to wait for the airline to see if they where going to offer compensation, Even though I paid for travel insurance I have been informed I have to wait at least 21 days and then it takes a few weeks after the 21 days, I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I found it difficult to update my CC…
I found it difficult to update my CC details so I could carry on paying on a rolling year on year. Each time I clicked on the “here” part of the email, this just took me round in circles with no where, where I could update my details! Make it easier and clearer for people to update their details! Apart from that, all was good
