Got double charged by company in Hong Kong
Everything seemed great until I tried to complete my transaction. All discounts and free shipping were added properly, and the transaction went well, but I was double charged and my card immediately declined. The second charge came from a company in Hong Kong. I cannot recall the name of that company because the woman on the fraud detection phone call could barely speak English. I am bummed because the product looks really good, and I really need a new mosquito deterrent that isn't bad for the planet and my health (bug spray is bad, m'kay).

Hi! Joe hope you're doing well. We guess there is a mistake in it as we work in the UK region, not Hongkong, and our company is registered in the UK, London and so we have the most secure payment methods on our website, like PayPal and Stripe. Please confirm your order number, email, and date so we can further investigate the matter.
