I'm a multifamily investor now!

Multifamily Schooled with Justin and his team has been a great investment in ourselves and our goal to be multifamily investors. Justin provides training, support, and in person market trips. He openly shares his experience and knowledge as we move through the steps of purchasing our first 10-30 unit property. It has been a huge help to have a strong mentor and someone to turn to as questions arise in the process.

Great Community and Valuable Education

I’ve had a great experience with this mentorship program. The community is extremely supportive and there are a lot of knowledgeable investors who are actively doing deals. The education has helped me better understand underwriting, deal structure, and how to analyze multifamily opportunities.

One of the biggest benefits has been the ability to connect with other serious investors and learn from their experience. If you’re willing to put in the work and take action, this is a great environment to grow and learn.

The Complete Roadmap to Multifamily Investing | Best Mentorship Program Out There

I joined the Multifamily Schooled (MFS) Mentorship Program in November 2025 after 29 years in residential real estate. I've been in several high level mastermind//mentorship programs & many professional development coaching programs over the years. Multifamily Schooled (Justin & Team) has raised the bar on mentorship, coaching, practical empowerment, & hands on support. This is the most comprehensive, complete program I've ever been part of.

MFS guides you through a 10 stage, 90 day roadmap that shows you step by step, week by week what to do to buy a multifamily apartment building. That structure, combined with 2 live coaching calls weekly (with Q&A, real time deal analysis, & deep dive on topics), a separate accountability call to support your progress each week, a student portal with detailed video courses, a rich resource library of templates, checklists, vendors/systems/lenders area; & tools to support you at every step.

The MFS Mentorship helps you pour a strong foundation beginning with mindset/identity then you move through Onboarding, students get a CRM/Marketing system, support on Business Set Up, Market Selection, Offers & Negotiation, your Capital Foundation, a Market Trip to get your local team set up with Justin, help with Brokers & Deal Flow, then your Deal Under Contract Phase, Due Diligence, the Capital Raise, & then Ownership + Managing post close of escrow.

MFS Support from the top down is very hands on & Justin is accessible & extremely proactive in making sure you're set up to win. I'm a huge fan of how responsive MFS has been to suggestions from the community to enhance the program or provide new tools. They also have a proprietary MFS mobile app, active chat groups, & a strong community space. Justin is a passionate, down to earth, world-class educator & subject matter expert. He really has his ear to the ground in the community, runs value packed calls each week + live events (4x per year), & elevates everyone with his knowledge, leadership, & mentorship!

The roadmap, the weekly coaching, the accountability + support gives me clarity. I'm never guessing where I am in the process or what to focus on next. They've really thought of everything & offer it in the student portal. For anyone serious about multifamily investing, this is your A to Z roadmap + mentorship to help you be successful. I recommend joining this community & the MFS Mentorship program without hesitation.

Justin and his team did an excellent job onboarding me into the community and guiding me in pursuing properties in my market. Justin’s process sets his students apart in preparing to successfully carry out acquisitions and syndications to fund them. To this day, I work closely with Justin to research, analyze and offer on multifamily deals. He is great at connecting his students with each other to leverage each others abilities to pursue more and larger deals. I cannot imaging being in better hands. Thanks for the directions and guidance Justin!

WHAT THIS PROGRAM DID TO ME AND MY…

WHAT THIS PROGRAM DID TO ME AND MY FAMILY IS PATHETIC… MY HUSBAND (jorge torres) PAID 7K IN APRIL 24, HE ONLY ATTENDED 2 CLASSES, WE FOUND OUT HE HAD CANCER IN MAY AND HE NOTIFIED
JUSTIN OF THE SITUATION AND RETRACT FROM CLASS AND REFUND… NO RESPOSNE FOR MONTHS. HE LAST SENT AN EMAIL AROUND JULY OR AUG WHILE WE SUFFERED ON A SEVERE TERMINAL DIAGNOSIS AND WAS STIL IGNORED.. MY HUSBAND PASSED AROUND WINTER TIME AND FINANCES WERE DEVASTATING AND I REACHED OUT TO THEM DIRECTLY AND WAS TOLD NO REFUND… I EXPLAINED MY HUSBAND ATTENDED ONLY TWICE, HAD CONTACTED THEM WITHIN REFUND TIME AND WAS TOLD NO… WAS TOLD HE CAN USE THE CLASS ANYTIME.. MY HUSBAND IS GONE, DEAD, BURIED AND HAVE DEATH CERT AND THEY SAY HE OR ANYOTHER FAMILY MEMBER CAN USE THE SERVICE!!!!!?? EXTREME SHOCK HOW THEY TOOK HIS MONEY, DIDNT RETURN IT EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVE GUARANTEE AND THEN HE WAS IGNORED FOR 3 MONTHS WHILE TERMINALLY ILL AND NOW THAT HE SUDDEDLY PASSED DUE TO CHEMO OR COMPLICAITONS I WAS TOLD HIE OR ANYONE ELSE IN MY FAMILY CAN USE!!!! MY KIDS ARE 9, 10 AND !1 AND WE ARE SUFFERING EMOTIONALLY AND FINANCIALLY AND HAVING TO DEAL WITH THEIR ACTIONS, RESPONSES, NON-RESPOSNES AND ABSURD RESPONSES IS OVERWHELMING, UNJUST, UNFAIR, ILLEGAL AS THE REFUND SHOUDL OF BEEN GIVEN AS HE REACHED OUT ON TIME AND NOW I DONT HAVE FUNDS TO GET AN. ATTORNEY TO SUE MULTI-FAMILY SCHOOL… I SIMPLY ASKED FOR MY REFUND… I WAS UNAWARE MY HUSBAND USED MY CREDIT CARD BY ACCIDENT SO TECHNICALLY THIS CHARGE SHOULD ALSO BE REFUNDED FOR THAT REASON OR FOR THE MULTIPLE OTHER REASOS EXPLAINED BUT THSI COMPANY JUST TAKES YOUR MONEY AND DONT CARE ABOUT YOU.. I CAN SEE THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT MONEY, NOT INTEGRITY, NOT DOING WHATS IS RIGHT.. IF THERE IS AN ATTORNEY OUT THERE THAT CAN HELP ME AGAINST MULTI-FAMILY, PLEASE REACH OUT. SANDRA

Sandra, we are deeply sorry for the loss of your husband. We have already expressed our condolences to you privately and been corresponding with you for awhile now. We do understand this has been a very difficult time for your family.

Because this review contains several statements that do not reflect the documented history of this matter, we need to clarify the facts for transparency. Readers must understand the full and accurate picture.

Claim: Jorge was ignored for months:
This is not accurate. We have records of multiple email exchanges, phone communications, txt and support correspondence with Jorge. He was not ignored. Our team responded according to our normal support process, and we have documentation of those communications.

Claim: He only attended two classes
This is also incorrect. Our attendance records show Jorge participated in multiple live Zoom sessions, in addition to having access to all training materials, recordings, tools, and mentorship resources provided inside the program. His participation extended beyond just two classes. Justin met with Jorge personally.

Claim: He requested a refund within a refund period:
Our program does not offer automatic or open-ended refunds. Jorge signed an agreement acknowledging our participation-based guarantee, which requires students to complete specific coursework actions and implementation steps to qualify. Our records do not show that those required steps were completed or submitted. Simply ceasing attendance does not activate the guarantee.

Claim: We “took money and didn’t care”
Jorge personally completed the enrollment process and entered payment details into our secure checkout system. We do not manually charge cards. The program access, materials, mentorship, and live training were delivered as agreed.

Claim: The charge was unauthorized because the card was in your name. As we have explained in multiple direct replies, a business cannot determine how spouses share financial accounts. The payment was submitted and authorized at checkout. From a processing standpoint, it was a valid transaction.

Claim: We refused to communicate with you.
This is not accurate. Since you contacted us, we have replied multiple times, reviewed the documentation you sent, explained our policies, and provided links to the signed agreement and refund policy. Disagreement with the outcome does not mean communication did not occur.

Claim: It is unfair to say the family can use the program:
Access remains active because the program was legally purchased and delivered. This was not meant insensitively, but factually — digital education programs remain accessible regardless of life events, and some families choose to continue what a loved one started.

We operate under clearly stated policies that every student agrees to upon enrollment. Those policies exist so we can treat all students fairly and consistently. Jorge enrolled willingly, participated in the program, and received full access to the services provided.

We understand this is an emotional situation, but the claims made in this review do not match the documented communication history, attendance records, or signed agreement.

We wish your family peace moving forward.

Worth the Investment

Before signing up, I researched lots of different mentors and joining the Multifamily Schooled program was one of the best decisions I ever made. Even though I've been investing in single family homes for over 17 years, I've learned through this program that buying apartment buildings is a completely different game. LOTS of mistakes could have easily been made had I not invested in this program. To have such an experienced mentor helping me along every step of the way gives me a sense of security & more importantly, peace of mind. Losing thousands of dollars to a poorly analyzed property is not a chance I want to take just because I watch a bunch of free videos & read books by popular real estate gurus. (Don't get me wrong - those are great to do but nothing beats having a live person to actually help you try to avoid pitfalls.)

Justin Brennan & his team have been AWESOME to say the very least. Justin is very trustworthy & very down to earth. He is not only very business-minded, but he is also a strong believer in getting yourself right holistically - physically, mentally, & spiritually.

THIS PROGRAM WORKS but just like anything else, in order to be successful, you have to work hard at it. Not only do you have to do the work, but you have to do it often & consistently; building wealth in real estate takes time. What Justin teaches are the same processes that other investors use, but among other things, we are more importantly gaining personal access to his expertise & guidance. That alone is worth every penny. For example, I am currently under contract for a small 6-unit apartment building. I told Justin that I was going to walk away from it, thinking it wasn't going to work, but Justin was able to show me how it is actually a great opportunity. He reminded me of a different financing option and even proofread an email I was to send to the Broker to try and make the deal work. And even if the seller denies my request, I'm ok with it because I've already learned valuable lessons along the way. You see, it's not about closing on ANY property - it's about having the experienced mentorship to help you close on THE RIGHT property.

Stop scrolling IG ads and just Sign up for Multi Family Schooled mentorship program

Justin is one of the most knowledgeable investors I’ve studied under over the years. The difference with Justin, is that he makes himself and his entire team/business vendors available to us as mentees. It’s a business in a box but the hustle is sold separately. I found Multi Family Schooled via IG and Justin’s ad didn’t even have a single spoken word.

He has a way about his teaching style that gives me the confidence in myself that as long as I follow the 90 day action plan, I will be in position to take down my first multi family:)

His staff is amazing as well. The treasure trove of documents and templates was worth the investment alone. Justin is the value add!!!

Thank you Justin and MultiFamily schooled for outlining the path for me for financial freedom and for not only pulling the curtain back on his entire business model- he and his team hold your hand to make sure your first few deals pencil properly and that’s all I needed to hear to sign up!

The best is yet to come!!

Thanks,

Want success? Invest in yourself with Multifamily Schooled

I have been a investor in single family homes & small Multifamily(1-4) units & had looking for a mentorship program to help me acquire larger properties. After researching multiple program I chose Multifamily Schooled. Justin and his team have proven success and all systems in place to help me with my success. He is very hands on and accessible. He is right there along with me and takes me through the whole process of setting up your business, finding deals, analyzing deals, negotiating & structure deals, due diligence, closing, managing & ultimately exiting. His program can allow you to control & aquire large properties with very minimal cash down. But my biggest reason I feel this program will help me be successful is the trust I have for Justin. You can tell he truly wants to help you. Ultimately you do have to put in the work to gain the skills, but one you do the sky is the limit.Highly recommend the investment!

Not true to his word and spiteful

I signed up with him, cost $3000. During the initial interview they had a guarantee, so I said sure I will take a chance. One week in I was very disappointed. None of the people I had spoken with had utilized his system, and the material I was presented with was all things I had seen for free on youtube. I immediately asked for a refund, one week in. He ignored me for a few days, then agreed to refund the money minus transaction fees. Typical credit card fees for merchants are 3%. He charged 6.67% and took 3 months to give me my money. No justification. I warned him that if he took to much I would leave a bad review. This is the chickens coming home to roost. Could his coaching guide you to prosperity? I don't know, I did not stick around to find out. I did not see evidence of it and asked for a refund. He legit got angry at me for doing so, even called me names. I would not do business with him again.

The Vendor replied below. This is my response to his statement. First, he knows exactly who I am and has my real name. I do not typically post my real name online as I am a private person. You can see his lack of character by attacking me on this. He was under obligation to honor the guarantee that was promised. I am glad he did so. My point of contention is he deducted much more than he was entitled to with no justification, and took 3 months to do so. I warned him in advance of the consequences of such dishonorable behavior and a bad review would result if he did so. Well, he did, and here is the review.

Does his program work? Possible, but I doubt it. Nothing about his operation filled me with confidence and he was not respectful, not at all. It took him almost a week to call me. I posted this review to warn others. I was willing to do the work, and still am, but I will be doing so with other mentors.

It’s always telling when someone doesn’t have the courage to use their real name in a review. Transparency goes both ways, and if you're going to make accusations, at least own them.

Now, let’s set the record straight:

This individual joined our program, received full access to all training materials, live mentorship calls, deal review tools, and personal access to Justin Brennan. Within just one week, they decided to quit—not because the content lacked value, but because they weren’t ready to do the work. They never attended a single call, never submitted a deal, and never engaged with the community.

Despite being under no obligation to issue a refund, we honored the request out of courtesy—because it became immediately clear that this person wasn’t a fit for the high-performing culture we’ve built. The small transaction fee withheld was standard and transparently communicated—there was nothing unfair or hidden.

We’ve helped hundreds of students successfully close multifamily deals and build real wealth. Those results don’t come from sitting on the sidelines or watching free YouTube videos—they come from showing up, being coachable, and putting in the effort.

We don’t apologize for expecting commitment. Our program is built for doers, not dabblers—for people who take responsibility, not for those who point fingers when they don’t get instant gratification.

We wish this individual well, but we’re proud to say this program simply isn’t for everyone—and that’s by design.

dont trust the "grant program"

Justin and his team seem genuine. but one of his closers shy, told me the program cost was 2800 bc i heard the words "grant program" in the feeder content and on the closing call asked him about the 'grant program' he then said 'oh ok then its 2800', they have since tried to charge my cc 400/mo multiple times up tp 7800 an amount i never agreed upon no verbal or written contract. and they claim bc I watched a landing page video i owe them 7800. corrupt business practices. huge let down.

It’s unfortunate when someone misrepresents the facts simply because they didn’t get the outcome they wanted.

Let’s be clear: Dane was offered a rare grant-backed enrollment into our $10,000+ mentorship program, which reduced his cost to $7,300 with a 12-month payment plan. This was clearly explained during the call, documented in the agreement, and transparently shown in the checkout process. Nothing was hidden or miscommunicated—he simply heard what he wanted to hear, then blamed us for his misunderstanding.

After enrolling, Dane later requested to leave the program, and while we had no obligation to do so, we stopped all future charges as a courtesy. However, he then demanded a full refund—which he was not eligible for under any circumstances—and proceeded to file a chargeback with his credit card provider.

We provided the necessary evidence, including the agreement and communication history, and we won the dispute. That outcome speaks for itself.

To accuse us of “corrupt business practices” after receiving a heavily discounted program, then attempting to reverse the charges through false claims, is both dishonest and disappointing.

We’re proud of our reputation and the hundreds of students who have used this program to successfully close multifamily deals. But no program—not even one built on results and integrity—can help someone who refuses to take responsibility for their own decisions.

Great program

Great program! Unlike other mentorship programs, i can email Justin just like anyone else. Here's what I wrote him about his course.

Hi Justin,
Thank you and your team for creating the MFH Schooled program. It took years to finally find a legit MFH mentor such as yourself.

As I work through your course, I am blown away by how thorough you are with your explanations and at how generous you are with your knowledge. It is as if you gave us the keys to the car…it’s up to us to learn how to drive.

If I stay on track, there is no doubt that my company will begin to buy apartment buildings this year.
