Avoid this company at all costs

Avoid this company at all costs! We sent a digital desk with an output issue, I took the desk myself to them, I also took pics of every setting on the touch screen the day before, just incase the saved settings to usb failed.
They finally contacted me nearly a week later saying 'after opening up & checking, the fault had gone' they then mentioned a yellowing of the touch screen???
There was NO yellowing the day before & I had date stamped evidence.I mentioned this but they adamant that the desk arrived this way!
They were very arrogant and insisted it arrived in this state.
After a month, I agreed to a new screen despite my reservations,at a cost of nearly £400 as I needed this back asap.
They replaced the screen & they shipped it back to me, I powered it up on arrival & to my surprise, the screen was STILL yellow!!!
I was furious at this & contacted them straight away, they assured me it was fine on despatch, clearly not true!!! I work in a similar business, hydraulic not electronic so suggested they had misdiagnosed the issue. I had to pay to send it back even though it was not fixed!!
They finally realised it was a pcb issue and ordered new. 3 months later (with no communication ) they sent it back, again, fortunately it is now fixed, however, the story doesn't end there .. the flight case i sent it in (£210) was severely damaged on arrival, I get this is not their problem, however, I emailed them with pics, to claim from dpd, NO response!!!!
Summary;
They don't explain the what was done.
Their communication is very poor.
They didn't chase up courier problem
Very arrogant!!!

I shipped a korg kronos keyboard to be fixed.

I shipped a korg kronos keyboard to them to be fixed, the keys had lost their action. They then took about 11 months to acquire the parts and fix it. Six months after it was returned the repairs failed, and the keys are now in a worse state than when i sent it. I emailed them on 07/03/2023 asking wether or not they guaranteed their repair. It is now 14/03/2023 and I have still not heard anything back from them.

With regards to the repair time, we agree that 11 months is not not an ideal not acceptable timeframe for a repair but this was due to supply issue with the manufacturer and beyond our control.

Fantastic service! Sent our JBL earbuds back (under warranty) and were replaced without quibble within three days. Well done guys!

Professional

Excellent, I needed a replacement cable for my N40s and was put on to this company by Harman. The enquiry was professionally handled and the item delivered, and it's such a shame that that idiot has left a review for the wrong company, otherwise they'd have 5 stars!

Exceeded all expectations

I recently dealt with this company. They were excellent in every respect of their dealings. In particular:
1. My unit for repair was a Harman Kardon MS150 portable player (which is now a discontinued model) which had ceased to load CDs. Multicare issued me an RMA number, which tracked all movements of the unit through all stages. Their systems were highly efficient.
2. They quoted a fair price for the repair and return shipping for me to approve before starting the work.
3. Multicare replaced the defective part in the unit within a few days and advised me it was ready to be returned.
4. Multicare did not ask for any funds until the job was completed. Fairly rare these days!
5. Although I had sent them the unit from the UK, I requested that the unit be returned to my address in France. They quoted a fair shipping rate for this via UPS.
6. They dispatched the unit the same day I paid their invoice.
7. I received the unit within 36 hours at my address in France.
8. The packaging was really excellent with thick foam pads around the Harman Kardon box, then placed in an outer carton. Makes an Amazon carton seem really flimsy in comparison!
9. I plugged in the unit, and it is now working perfectly.

In summary, Multicare UK exceeded all my expectations at every level. I have nothing but the highest praise for the way they conduct their business.
