Mulqueen’s deliberately kept my machine for 2 months without sending it back to brother.
10 month old machine back to store second time for same complaint. I asked for it to be sent to Brother as a lemon. They told me it would take a month. Now 2 months and still no machine. Brother says they have no record of the machine being sent back. They would not let me speak to a supervisor. Mulqueens is refusing to tell me when the machine was returned from Brother. Brother says machine was never sent to them, so what have MULQUEENS BEEN DOING WITH MY MACHINE FOR 2 MONTHS?! HAVE THEY DELIBERATELY JUST HELD ON TO IT AND IGNORED ME.
I know they are unhappy that I refused to buy an OVERPRICED MACHINE(Juki) from them and also that they tried to offer me a VERY LOW REFUND ON THE BROTHER MACHINE. but does that give them the right to keep my machine and NOT send it to brother as I was told would happen for 2 months.
UPDATE: Oct 19 MULQUEENS NEVER SENT MY MACHINE TO BROTHER. THEY DELIBERATELY HELD IT AT THEIR TEMPE LOCATION FOR 2 MONTHS. AT NO TIME DID THEY CALL TO TELL ME THE MACHINE WAS READY.
How can they behave in such a rotten and disgusting manner. I think they were probably doing it just out of SPITE because I refused to buy the very overpriced JUKI from them.
I got the SAME JUKI from 35th ave Sew and Vac for $1400. $500 less than MULQUEENS and with no trade in for the Brother machine that has had continuous issues and terrible service from MULQUEENS and 35th ave has GREAT customer service not like the crap you get from MULQUEENS.
I wish 35th ave would open a site further east eg MESA, SO THEY WOULD PROVIDE SOME DECENT SERVICE IN THE EAST VALLEY.
35th ave Sew and Vac is SOOOO MUCH BETTER THAN MULQUEENS.
I WILL NEVER TRUST MULQUEENS AGAIN they LIE, they OVERCHARGE, their service is USELESS, they don’t care how badly they treat the customer.
On one visit to their mesa MULQUEENS I experienced 2 other ladies waiting for the service tech, complain about how they HATED going to this store because the service tech was so rude and how they had been offered EXTREMELY LOW PRICE for trade in machines.
At least MULQUEENS is consistent in one thing, BAD SERVICE.
