I recently ordered from MULondon for the second time. Unfortunately they sent me out the wrong item. When I let them know they responded within 1/2 hour and promised to send out a replacement right away which I received 2 days later, and I've received a follow up email a week or so later. Great customer service!!
I've now tried 2 moisturisers and love the Marigold, Frankincense and Myrrh moisturiser, a little goes a long way, it smells great and my skins never been better. I've tried the Rose, Rosehip and Rosemary one this time and it smells divine.

Over the years, I've developed an addiction to MuLondon's deliciously fragranced moisturizers. Not only are the products fantastic, but they are completely cruelty-free, which makes it so much easier to keep making the choice to buy MuLondon. I could never do without MuLondon in my daily beauty routine. Another reason I keep buying from MuLondon is the great service and hassle-free shopping experience.

A friend recommended Mu London to me and i thought I would try it see what it was like, so I treated my self to the White Chocolate Truffle face cream....I absolutely LOVED it!! It smelt gorgeous and left my skin feeling really hydrated, i couldn't believe how well the cream soaked in, a few of my friends also commented on how lovely it was when they 'borrowed' some when seeing me use it........
Recently, I ran out of it and started using my old face cream again....Well, never again! My face cannot live without this cream, it became really dry and the fine lines more noticeable. I ordered the Marigold, Frankincense & Myrrh to try and at the same time ordered the White Chocolate face cream again.....My face could not wait for this to arrive and now i am very happy with lovely hydrated skin again!! Thank you Mu London!!

I've used MuLondon moisturisers for sometime, intially as an aid for my odd combination skin, which has oily tea zone but very dry everywhere else. My skin responded really well and I have continued to use them over the years. I have been and am a big fan of the White Chocolate moisturiser but recently moved to Rose moisturiser and its been a really nice transition. I really hope to see more products added to line as brilliant ingredients.

Honestly, nothing tops the service, quality, and stewardship of MuLondon. Here is a company that truly cares, not only about beauty of the body, but also the beauty of the soul, and the planet.

I was so lucky to come across MuLondon! I was looking for something natural free of all types of toxins and chemicals. I prefer rose during the day and Calendula in the evening.
The oils are so good too! I burnt my skin in the sun and with the oil it healed really well.
It's the best birthday present! I even bought one for a 1 year old girl with sensitive skin and her mum is so pleased with it!
I highly recommend it!

I absolutely love MuLondon products and admire Boris for his inventions in skin care. There is not a single one of his creations that I have not enjoyed using and some I hav re ordered more than once.

If you order anything from MuLondon it comes packed so nicely in bubblewrap then a red tissue paper neatly wrapped with a MuLondon sticker to hold it together. It comes looking as though it is gift wrapped not just packaged for the post.

The first products I tried from this small British, London based company are the face moisturisers which I am in l love with. I also love his face wash/cleansers too.

This company is a one man band owned by Boris who is the “ Founder and head cream-whipper of MuLondon”. I have found Boris to be helpful and treats every customer as an individual. He remembers what I have bought, even from last year so he must keep excellent records of his customers.

When you write a review on the website Boris will send you a little gift with your next order. I have had a small MuLondon purse and a makeup bag in my orders. He always takes the trouble to comment on any reviews I put on line and my blog as well.
All the ingredients are organic and fair trade and personally mixed by Boris himself before he pops them into their jars or bottles.

I have the most sensitive skin and eyes known to man and have to be very careful what I put on my face (I have burnt my face many times using sensitive creams in the past). I was looking for a face cream that has no nasties in it and came across Mulondon and contacted Boris. I was attracted to the Organic Hemp Moisturiser as I had been using just hemp oil at night time underneath a plain cream and have had good results with this oil. Boris told me that people had good results with the Organic Rose Moisturiser too. So I decided to try that.

This cream not only smells fantastic but feels beautiful and I have had no bad reactions whatsoever. My skin feels like velvet now and after super dry skin for many years this is a wonderful feeling. This is the only cream I put on my face now, both morning and night and a little bit goes such a ling way. I also use it elsewhere on my body as it does so much better that anything else I have used.

The customer service from Boris is also second to none. If you have any questions or need help Boris is very quick to reply and has a customer for life in me :)

I have suffered from very dry skin all my life and only prescription creams have given me some relief from itching throughout the night...until I found MuLondon.

Absolutely outstanding products!!! My skin love it !!! And the natural smell of rose and lavender creams are enhancement senses. Strongly recommended!!!

What a great product! I am usually never happy with skincare products because they make my skin either too dry or too greasy. However, I found the perfect balance in this cream which I highly recommend to anyone. The lavender flavour is so wonderfully delicious you want to lick it!! And it is made of organic ingredients only and not tested on animals, what more can you ask for?! Go MuLondon! :-)

MuLondon products are amazing, the creams smell gorgeous and natural and leave my skin feeling soft.

I think i tried all the products from Mulondon and all are very good quality, as a vegetarian i'll buy vegan and these products are perfect! Excellent ingredients that naturally melt in your skin, its just a pleasure to use it and the skin loves it, all organic, vegan and hand made....no animal products and that means you're not contributing to animal torture!!!!
The owner (Boris) is a very nice guy, will answer you doubts if you ask him, posts the products really well (no breakages) and its fast!!!!!
