Pretty much the same as others

Pretty much the same as others. Long delivery time, cheap and shoddy product, product size is for Chinese market, service desk just fobs you off, rip off of a known brand(Titleist in this case). Deliberate obfuscating about what the issue is, the latest being for me to send a video of the issue- it’s too small for the supposed size.
Purports to be in the Netherlands , clearly in China.

Ordered next day delivery for a birthday gift 5 days ago for my wife and it still hasn't arrive. Worried I've been Scammed an it may never arrive.

I bought a winter coat for 50€ in…

I bought a winter coat for 50€ in November 2024.

The coat shipping took 4 weeks to arrive from Mainland China to south germany (normal within 7 days) .

The picture of the coat of the shopping page was made in a winter area.

The wife i bought the coat for received it and was surprised negatively about the content.

- Very thin material and completly different style/ design -

After contacting the Sales Manager i got just 20% back or i should sent back to China with their policy to pay the same price for porto.

No way and no deal - this is a case for consumer protection in germany where i sent the details to deal with this concept stores.

Please stay aways for your health.

Awful product quality & Customer service

SCAM

CHEAP CHINESE PRODUCTS

Awful firm STAY AWAY.

Product arrived 3 weeks after due date (from China).

The jumpers material was very cheap and badly worked.

Tried to return it and they insisted on photos before hand.

The return address was in China and I had to pay for the return postage.

BEWARE!!

BEWARE!!! Very very poor experience with this company. Actually worst coustomer service ive ever experienced. Didn't deliver before Christmas as stated. Requested my payment back which I still haven't received. I wouldnt recommend this company. In my opinion a SCAM.

Fraud

Never buy from this online shop! The website fails to mention that products will arrive from China in 3–4 weeks, instead of the stated 5–6 days. All the items I received were of terrible quality, without any manufacturer’s label, and definitely not worth the price.
When I tried to contact the seller via the provided email address, it turned out to be invalid—messages bounced back saying the address doesn’t exist. The return policy page also fails to mention that returns must be sent to China, and at the buyer’s expense!
Through PayPal, I managed to contact the seller by opening a dispute. Initially, the seller offered a 50% refund without requiring the return of the items. After I refused, they raised the offer to a 70% refund, still without returning the items. I declined again and escalated the dispute to PayPal. Unfortunately, PayPal didn’t seem particularly interested in resolving the issue. They stated that I needed to send the items back to China—at my own expense, which costs €50—in order to receive a 100% refund once the seller receives and inspects the items. But how can I be sure the address provided by the seller is correct? What guarantee is there that they’ll identify my return? There are no return forms or return labels!

Chinese store! Despite a EU address, clothes are sent from China. If you want to return them, it costs 50 EUR to send back to China - costs you are expected to carry!
The items are really bad quality

Do not buy from here. Really a waste of time and money.

Cheap Chinese rubbish

Cheap Chinese rubbish. Dont waste your time or money, you wont get either back. Absolute bullshit

The positive reviews are written by workers on this site. There are many sites like this. People stop buying this crap and go to stores like Next, Zara etc so this Chinese rubbish stops flooding the EU

It was the worst shopping experience…

It was the worst shopping experience I've ever had in my life. The dress I bought on 26.07.2024 was sent to me with the wrong measurements. I could not get a refund for it. I requested a new product and it arrived on 20.11.2024, that is, 4 months later. The product I received was defective and in bad condition, so I can't deal with it anymore.  I will never buy anything from this business again.
