Not Received Order

What happened? I have ordered 700k worth of EA FC Coins. I have always used Mulefactory as they have always been good. However, I ordered 700k worth of EA FC coins yesterday (28/05/2024) with my email Mason.Cameron annexmedia.co.uk and I haven't received them. I got an email from PayPal confirming my payment to them, however no confirmation order or anything. See I would give them the benefit of the doubt if they get the issue sorted within the next few hours and compensate for the issue. However, I'm very unhappy at the moment and wouldn't recommend using them for the time being. So sad as they have always been really helpful. Please help me with my issue @mulefactory.

Great experience

I have to say at first I was very sceptical but after I received my order I didn't feel like that any more. The chat service on thr website was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. I will definitely buy from them again

Sent in a refund request on January…

Sent in a refund request on January 23rd. Now February 8th. Still nothing. 260$ down the drain. A bunch of scammers as far as I’m concerned. I just want my money back.

Excellent customer service

Very good experience every time with Mulefactory. My order always comes through quickly, replies quicker than a girl in love with me, fair prices (wouldn’t mind cheaper tho 😅) and very accommodating.

these guys are the best

they always have great times and friendly service. even on some holidays ill hit them up for something and my items will come in and someones even there to transfer.
these guys have been around for years and never done me wrong and if they couldnt fulfil the order they always gave me a very fair replacement(s). alot of the times when i place an order i get some of the same people and you get a short friendly conversation vs strictly business like places in the past. its what makes great customer service. and keeps people coming back.

They didn't have what they advertised they had. I just wanted some basic MAT from ESO and they couldn't even do that.
