Positives, item arrived quickly. Lovely free gift - thank you. Negative, I never received an order confirmation or receipt so couldn't register the warranty of the £189 Neal & Wolf blow-dryer! I requested several times, before it finally arrived. This inability to send an order confirmation and / or proper VAT receipt is beyond me and has sadly ruined my experience and will mean I will go elsewhere in future.

Great salon to shop with, fast delivery and got free mini chocolates too! I have my hair done there too and can honestly say I have the best hairdresser!

Back in September I had ordered 3 products, I only received 2, I had called to speak to someone after I emailed, I was told Gemma would get back to me, after a few days, Gemma had emailed me and said she sent me an email to let me know they didn't have one of the products, didn't get any email, nor was one sent, she said she sent it, she didn't Forward the "sent email" with the time it was sent she basically wrote and extended email to apologize and that she would refund, weeks ago by, no refund, and not responding toy emails, so I won't be shopping from them again, had to open a dispute with PayPal, lucky I have the emails to prove it. So far, dishonest company? Or employing young useless people?

I placed and order for hair products and I was a little worried because I didn’t get an immediate email acknowledging my order. But I did get an email from the delivery company 24 hours later and my order arrived the next morning, less than 48 hours.
When I unwrapped my parcel, I found my order presented in a lovely makeup bag and 2 little chocolates inside, which was so unexpected and a nice surprise.
I would definitely order again.

First time at Mulberry & Fitch. Cherelle really took the time to understand my hair and really listened to what I wanted. The colour and the hair cut looks great. I will be back!

Visited the Sudbury branch today for the first time. Fabulous service, absolutely loved my hair cut. The stylist listened to everything I said I wanted to achieve, very attentive. Great salon & will be returning!
