I had a pair of boot/slippers I wore a handful of times and they completely fell apart. I contacted the company and gave them all information but because they were bought several years ago they didn't do anything about them even though they weren't worn but a handful of times.

I purchased the women's Janna Cozy Crew Clog slippers, huge regret. These are not as described on their website. Extremely misleading, false advertisement. They describe them as having memory foam insoles and a level of softness that "pillows your toes", lie. These slippers are so stiff and hard with no support whatsoever. The bottom of my feet starting hurting after only two evenings. I requested a return label to ship them back and they refused. This company wilfully lies and misrepresents their product then sticks you with the shipping costs. They're in the business of taking advantage of the consumer, not in providing a quality product. Do not buy from such a mindset.

Ordered my size. Slipper just flops off the end of my heel. At the toe part, I feel a stabbing pain. Lol. I honestly cant believe they get away with selling these pieces of sh#t.

I have had two pairs now and both started falling apart at the seams at the base of the shoe soon after wearing them so where is Quality Assurance? someone is not doing their job there ...you do ask for top dollar so the expectation of quality needs to follow

I reached out to Muk-Luks' customer service by email twice about an order I placed and got no response. None. Then when I contacted them by phone about returning the boots that aren't comfortable at all, the person who answered was abrupt and unwilling to help problem-solve for me. I will NOT be buying this brand again.

The socks I ordered from Muk Luks have napping and are in bad shape after only one wash. I had to start hand washing in order to keep them in shape. Everything clings to them and seem cheaply made.

Fast delivery and oh so cozy! I’m in love with these slippers. My feet thank you
