Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. I ordered some shorts. They arrived not hemmed. Almost 100 bucks for unhemmed shorts. This is not reflected on their website When I reached out all they said was it was my fault for not seeing they were no hemmed (even though their chat help bot says they were ). So basically blaming me and saying if I don’t like it they’d give me a refund. Now I have to pay to have them hemmed myself. What really pissed me off was their blaming me for the lack of clear content on their site

Disappointing Customer Service

Bought these jeans in October as a Christmas gift. When opened at Christmas, they didn’t fit. I contacted the company for an exchange (not a refund) and was denied because it was outside the return window.

No holiday grace period, no managerial override, and zero flexibility—despite this being a very common gift scenario. As a first-time customer, this was a disappointing introduction to the brand.

I’m now stuck with an expensive pair of unworn jeans and won’t be purchasing from this company again. Buyers should read the return policy very carefully before ordering—especially for gifts.

Don't order from these guys

Don't order from these guys.

You would think if a brand charges $118 for a pair of pants they could at least provide their customers with some sort of support communication that wasn't me having to wait over 24 hrs to get a response from their company.

I recently ordered pants for our family pictures that we have coming up. To ensure that I got the pants in time I paid extra money to expediate the order. After a couple of days and not seeing any movement on the FedEx tracking I messaged the company sharing my concern. It took them 24 hours to respond to my message. (It was a $300+ order) The only thing I was told in the message was that my order would arrive in time for my family pictures. No apology. No help seeing if they could expediate the order (which I paid for). Well the day the order is supposed to arrive I get a notification from Fedex that my shipment will arrive 2 days after when Mugsy promised it would show up. So I messaged Mugsy again....no response. Their support/communication sucks. Terrible company. I now have to go out and try and find some pants last minute.

Update 10/7/2025
My pants have still not shown up at this point and the most I've heard from Mugsy is an email offering my 15% off my next order.
