I bought a sealed phone case and not only did it take an age to arrive but after just one day the black finish on the case was coming off. An exceptionally poor experience and poor quality products, avoid avoid avoid!

The best company ever, I bought 38 items for Christmas this year and everything arrived after 13 days, earlier than expected. I would recommend this. Though I'm surprised by all these negative comments. Will use again.

Don't buy from this company .It is a total waste of money and a con. What looked like a drawing screen for our grandson. Turned out to be a piece of polystyrene and a plastic light pen. Probably, being generous, worth 50p!!! Not worth the one star I gave it.

I bought a light drawing board and it is total rubbish. Just a piece of white card. Please avoid these people they are scam artists.

Ordered a rose gold coloured watch strap and they've sent silver, and ignoring my emails. I didn't realise it was a china company otherwise I would have never ordered from them. Starting the recovery process to get back from my bank. Total waste of time!

I ordered a Light Board it’s only a piece of cardboard with a plastic pen £16.99 I can return they say the postage is more than the item. I’ve no choice to suffer the loss
Do not use this site it’s absolute rubbish and nothing like their advert.

Scam. Ordered the GB Boy Colour, took 2 months to arrive. Item is faulty, I've sent them 4 emails but no response!! Very angry about this, will pursue the issue further, please avoid!

I ordered a helicopter garden seat over a month ago. I checked yesterday to see what was happening by sending them an email. The response I received had no apology and I was told my item was out of stock. Nobody had bothered to let me know and I was told a refund had been issued. I intend to check that it is received for sure as I don't trust these people. When I enquired as to when the issue was made they told me that day. So knowing they didn't have the goods, no refund was processed until I complained. Not good enough! Keep your money and go elsewhere!

I ordered a android watch from this site on March 3rd, it is now May 1st and it still hasnt arrived.

The watch was stopped by customs in the UK, i then paid £12 to release this but my order was sent to the midlands, although there is confirmation on this cowboys website confirming my address.

Hi I purchased a drone from this website and then read the reviews and was very disappointed to see the customer experience. I paid my money and waited for the done. A email came to say it’s on its way it turned up with no problem all ok I can say thank with my purchase.

This site is an joke even though I have wait nearly 4 weeks they do not send your items out an hardly respond to your emails and when they did they just refunded the money without even trying to sort the problem out I will never buy anything from this site again and I advise other not to either really bad customer services

Ordered a 4x14x40 Nikon rifle scope and got a bushnell dusk to dawn fixed power 4x20 shotgun scope not worth the money to ship back to China! Never again🤬

I ordered from Mugba before I read the reviews and saw that the company had a bad reputation. I was so worried as I ordered something special for my baby. I was really happy with the customer service provided. There is no phone number on their website but Sergiu replied to all my queries and I received my package today, 3 weeks after ordering. It is a little misleading as the company is based in Bristol and the delivery comes from China but overall, I will be ordering from them again

Saw this super reduced ad for the ULTRA PORTABLE DRONE WITH 720P HD CAMERA sold by Mugba and immediately put it on my Xmas list, which is still now being promoted as a super discount three months later on.

Not only did it not arrive before Xmas as expected, taking over a month to be delivered but when it did arrive on the 06/01/2019, it took a while for me to work out that it wasn't the version ordered as I couldn't find or fit the SD card which I had specially bought for it.

It took three emails to get a tracking number (which didn't work) from Mr Sergiu regarding non-delivery, and now two emails unanswered to complain about the wrong delivery of the lesser and useless model 480p version. CUSTOMER SERVICE ZERO. Stuck with useless drone spare batteries and two SD cards! Also wrote a bad review on Mugba site which has never appeared.

Brilliant price, excellent item, my husband was really pleased with this item. Email communication on despatch and delivery. Would definitely buy from them again

BEWARE: Took a month for my order a levitation lamp to arrive and then not before I had to pay extra 25% of cost for release by Danish Customs. I thought I had ordered from UK company but turned out the goods came direct from China via Holland and had a Dutch Post tracking reference. Sent EM to complain but unanswered

Was a bit dubious about ordering from you to begin with. Everything turned out fine was able to track my package and everything came within the allotted timescale. Girlfriend loved the gift and I would 100% use again. Cheers! :)
