no pay out the have scammed pamm managers as well. they don't pay and change there address so you cant find them. they are going to court so it will be years until you get your money

Something apparently has changed with this broker. Reviews in 2023 were favorable. This year (2024) they won't pay withdrawals. I also requested a withdrawal in April 2024. It's now September and still no payout. When I get a hold of someone via chat, they get my info and as soon as I give my client ID they end the chat. They are stealing money and won't pay the clients. If you invest with them you are throwing your money away to con artists. STAY AWAY!!!

I emailed 8 times trying to get an answer.
They ignore all messages.
There is a pending transaction which is still not processed!
The money is needed, I am angry and frustrated!

Still haven't received my withdrawal from Mugan Markets. They are providing no answer as to what the delay is. Reached out to customer service again and as soon as I mention wanting info about my withdrawal the agent ghosts me. Never came back to give me an update. Horrible broker that is not releasing their client's funds! Their communication is nonexistent and I don't understand how they claim to process withdrawals in 24 hours when I have been waiting over 3 months at this point!

Worst broker ever! Thieves! Do not give them your money. Whenever you deposit money everything works like a charm, try to withdraw your money and they will come up with a million BS excuses not to allow you to. Been waiting for over 2 months for a withdrawal with absolutely no communication from MM. Are they working to solve the issue? Doubt it. Have they updated clients as to what they're doing to fix the "issue"? Of course not! Why? Because they're stealing their clients' crypto. You have been warned.

My withdrawal request is pending since 11APR24. Today's date is 17JUNE2024. You can draw your own conclusions

Followed all the right steps but they have yet to release my funds. They "approved" my withdrawal but I've been following up for over a month now and their "customer service" claims still waiting on higher level approval. Stay away from this platform.

I have been waiting on my withdrawal from Mugan Markets for over a month now. I have reached out to customer service and haven’t received a clear answer as to what the issue is. Mugan claims to have fast withdrawals but waiting over a month can’t be anyone’s definition of fast. I would not recommend Mugan to anyone and am planning to remove all my funds if possible. I can’t trust a broker I can’t withdraw from and who doesn’t provide any reasons for the delay.

I joined Mugan to be able to take part at a trading PAMM account. i was in the PAMM for 4 months and when i requested a withdraw from Mugan my funding were not sent them back to me. Mugan is finding excuses to not complete my withdrawals. they answer to my emails with an electronic response and in the live chat they just say to be patient.
it has been over a month since i initiated a withdrawal and a normal broker should have complete it in 48 hours, as they also claim in their website.
worse broker platform ever, please if you are currently in a similar situation post your experience and let's try to put some pressure on these people to have our withdrawal completed.

The approval of my account took more than 3 months and several emails without any response. I sent them all of the needed documents but of course every time something was not fully in order to approve my account. It was clearly a strategy to win time and make people tired of the process. After I mentioned consequences by law, things got moving. 4 weeks later the account got approved. In the agreements the withdrawal periode is between the 1th and the 5th of the month. I hoped I could move my money in this period but still my money was stuck in the account. Not even the possibility to move it into my Mugan Markets Wallet. So here we go again. At this moment I don’t know how Mugan Markets will respond to my last Email but I know they will respond way to late so the withdrawal periode will expire and I have to wait at least another month. Big Scam Vibes here!!! I would not recommend this service to others!!

Unfortunately the WORST BROKER I ever witnessed. Unable to close positions for a few hours. can not adjust orders during news and no customer support. STAY AWAY. They are located in Sout Africa but with their office on the marshall islands. They are just in business to steel your money. You are better off going to well known trusted brokerage that offers true ECN

The brokerage takes a deposit and withdrawal fee of 3% everytime you deposit and withdraw to breakeven with this broker you need to make 6% of the account at least. Besides from that high commission and spreads is also an issue, i took all my money out when MT revoked their license and promoted the use of a cracked version of MT4 on the phone. I got charged $97 to withdraw my $2100. Highly not recommended.

The biggest scam broker there is. Stay away, do not believe anything they say. They will do their best not to pay out.
