We ordered a roof rack and the listing described additional parts that were not actually supposed to be included, and when we pointed it out that they were missing and listed as included, Mudify sent the missing parts to us anyway to make it right. I appreciate the ethics and would shop here again.

I bought an OME lift kit almost three months ago, and part of the kit contained some used/returned/defective parts. I keep getting the runaround and have yet to get this issue resolved. I should have listened to my buddies and spent a little more money and bought from a reputable business. It's a good thing I bought two new SUVs because one of them has been sitting almost three months now with an incomplete lift kit thanks to Mudify.
