The boots are easy to put on and have a great profile for working in the garden.

Very slow delivery time. Hardly enough time to send a return when i needed to. One boot feels much wider around the ankle than the other. Disappointing.

I needed my boots very urgently. They arrived truly in time. The quality of the boots are so good, that no other Type of boots can be complained with them.

The products are well designed and generally built to withstand heavy use.
( I’ve a little homestead, and herself wore her first pair of muck boot nearly every day for 12hrs a day and they have held up extremely well)
Only very recently did I have to contact the manufacturer for an unfortunate issue that arose.
The costumer service provided was prompt to respond and acted in a fair manner.
As a direct result- I’m happy to recommend muck boot to all.
You will not be disappointed!!

Great boots

I made the purchase in error as a duplicate and immediately cancelled however it was put through in any case. So, I have now had to return it and pay the postage of €29 at my own expense which should be unnecessary if the cancellation was processed in a timely manner. I still await my refund. So, overall your customer service is very unsatisfactory considering I tried to cancel immediately.

These boots are made for comfortable walking and keep your feet warm even when it is freezing. And I use them for working at the stables because it is very muddy at the moment.

I have had a very good experience with the customer service of Muck Boot. After it turned out that part of my order was not delivered, a good solution was offered.

Great quality and very fast dispatch. I wear the boots almost every day. I am very satisfied.

I have had 3 pairs of the jodhpur style boots and I would give them 5* for comfort. I spend most of my day in them and they are so easy to wear, and so easy to slip on and off. No gripes at all in that department. However, for waterproofing they really don't live up to the advertisement at all. Pair No1 did quite well and lasted about 9 months before I had to resort to wearing plastic bags inside my boots. Pair No2 lasted about 4/5 months before I had damp / wet patches on my socks. And, my current pair, pair No3 had damp /wet patches within 2 months, which is not great as I was hoping I would get the winter with dry feet. It seems to be where the sole of the boot and the top of the boot meet, that is the weak spot. Its very disappointing as they are such a good boot otherwise but if you are buying them (and they are not cheap) to keep your feet dry they are certainly not the best choice in my experiance. I dont think I will buy another pair, which is a shame.

The boots were great. But not happy with your returns policy!
If size too small you have pay for returns that was not cheap from Ireland

Well-made waterproof boots, fast delivery.

The online size guide is very misleading and led me to ordering 2 (!!) sizes too big initially and paying over €20 in shipping for returns back to the UK. Defo needs improvement!

Once I ordered a new pair in the right size, they are perfect and so comfy and warm. I love them for dog walks and stable duties.
