Good products, mediocre service and delivery
Items came nicely packaged with everything being correct.
Delivery time was fast when it finally happened, next day. I paid instantly after placing my order but it took about a week for the items to finally be fully processed and delivered. It took me multiple attempts by email and WhatsApp to get any type of answer and they mostly went unanswered for days at a time. Only way to get a straight answer is by calling their landline number. The guy was friendly and was apologetic for the delay, and pretty much doubled my order amount as an apology, I was happy enough with that. Would buy from Mucci again, but not if I'm in a hurry.

Fantastic customer experience
This is a great shop. Outstanding selection, always the highest quality. They clearly operate with meticulous scientific / operational precision. I must have made ten or fifteen purchases over the last few years and it's been a consistently smooth, successful process each time. On a couple occasions I've made shipping mistakes and they've bent over backwards to help me out. Great people doing great work - thoroughly recommended.
