I have used Muc Off products for years and I have found them all to be great products. They normally work better than advertised and make cleaning and maintaining by motorcycles very easy and time saving.

Haven’t even recieved item despite promises

I have never tried any kind of ceramic treatment before but after a new bike purchase i thought I'd give it a go. Very impressed with the results and bought in the recent sale too👌

Brilliant but if kit and delivery was very fast.

The gloves I was after were not in stock, but could leave my email address when they were back in stock, true to their word I had confirmation the gloves were now available so I purchased straight away, was impressed they were delivered in a few days via Fedex. Fantastic service from Muc-Off.

Ordered a number of items from MucOff that were delayedfor unexpected reasons leaving me to buy alternatives. In follow up calls the sales team immediately refunded the cost of the late item but sent it anyway!! World class..

Buying from Mac Off was easy - smooth -- probably too easy! Website is well organized, photos are plentiful, descriptions are detailed. I found what I wanted and answered all my questions easily. Purchase was a couple of cliks and done -- no hassles. Payment was easy.

The service was great and the deal was even better purchased an ebike cleaning bundle and its very helpful for keeping my ride in tip top condition

Muc-Off makes decent products at a reasonable price.....when they're on sale.

My recent order of several products included an Ultimate Bicycle Cleaning Kit. The liquid products have basic inside cap seals but no other protection against leaks during shipment. I now have the cleanest cleaning kit after rinsing and drying each component of the box to remove Drivetrain Cleaner that leaked from the bottle. Uncool.

The previously mentioned shipment also contained a duplicate Disc Brake cover that I ordered by mistake. I tried to immediately correct the issue by reaching out to Muc Off. Unfortunately, the only contact method available - other than the less than useful AI chatbot - is email. I received a response to my email the day the order arrived at my home. The response from Muc Off's representative was not even remotely helpful. I will not be taking advantage of the company's not-hassle-free return policy for the additional Disc Brake Cover.

This will be my last order.

First, ordered two sizes tubeless valves. Installed and work like a charm. Not always the case for tubeless setup in my experience. Second, one email started a clean return process. Nice product, nice business!
