Got the best price other than possible selling on Ebay, but then you have the fees to consider. Device sent in, email 2 days later confirming receipt, and money in my bank just after 5pm that very same day. Very good service indeed.

Very easy and efficient process to return my old device. Price given on the website was good value and fair compared to other device sales websites which have hidden charges and misleading valuations. Returns label already provided and packaging sent out so the most strenuous part of the whole process was taking it to a post office and thats it done and dusted. Very fast payment, received and paid all within the space of an hour.

Always use Samsung recycle - for many years.
Website is easy, as is the instructions. Phone sent and within 48 hours email confirms receipt and payment into bank. Best way to recycle your old Samsung!
