Help after current carproblem
I was driving from Aalborg to Belgium. At once i had some issues and stopped. One of my rear wheels lost all his bolts. The assistance drove me to the nearest Toyota dealer. The shop was open, the assistance man talk to one of the salesmanagers... After that the salesmanagers ignored me completely. I didn't expect that they would or could help me instantly, but a bit information could they give, like "sorry we can't help you but the workshop opens at 0730" or "do you need help, a hotel, a taxi?" So let's see what the workshop can do tomorrow to help me out. And can I change my toughts about this dealer.
What a difference... The woekshopplanner was so helpfull. I had a cup of coffee meanwhile they check if they can repair it soon ( if spareparts are available or not)
