DO NOT BUY FROM MTElaborazioni ! - They do not send your order

I ordered an air filter on March 13 (order #184760), and as of May 1, I still have not received the product.

Communication with this company is extremely difficult. They only reply that they are “trying to get the product,” with no real updates or solutions.

I have requested a refund, but they have completely ignored this. No reply.

Stay far away from this company. Do not buy here! They take your order and your money but fail to deliver the product. I am considering reporting them to the police.

This is by far the worst online shopping experience I have ever had—especially because their customer service is practically unreachable.
