I am wary of good reviews but called this company for personal injury advice to find out for myself. I called and all 4 telephone options were mortgage options not personal injury. Also, the business name was Sovex Legal or similar not MTA. I don't want to be shared around by solicitors who all take their cut or whatever. Got stuck waiting for 90 seconds as no response. Called back and opted for one of the mortgage options and got automated message, 'There are no available agents in the queue' and I was cut off. Thanks MTA or whoever you are. I will try someone else.

Despite the limitations imposed by covid I received a first calss service from Marco. He was always prepared to talk to me over the phone or discuss matters via email. The company made full use of technology available to achieve results during lockdowns. Marco was always polite, kind, approachable yet professional and I was never embarrassed to ask for explantions. This was by no means a big case/claim but I always felt I was given the necessary attention.

MTA solicitors have been amazing, efficient and friendly. Claire Batham has been super amazing with handling my case.
