Ordered a suit, jeans and a shirt. Jacket and jeans came fitted nice. Pants and shirt needed alterations. Rob at MTailor made the resizing order very easy and convenient. 2nd time around everything was perfect. Now my measurements are on file. Will def order again. Very positive experience!

An amazing use of AI! Measure yourself using the App and then order some clothes. They arrived a few days later and fit perfectly. Planning to order more and replace my aging wardrobe!

MTailor makes good on its work. I had the sewing begin to unravel on the back pocket of the jeans I purchased. They remade them and the new pair fit even better than the ones they replace.

Yes, this really works out great for measurements. I did some slight tweaking after initial measuring and got my first shirt in. It was almost perfect, but they remade it and sent me another one and now it's perfect. Am definitely ordering more!!

I ordered a suit, the trousers of which were too roomy in the waist and seat, and the rise was too high. I worked with an MTailor’s fitter, whose recommended adjustments seemed somewhat extreme (2 inch reduction in waist and rise), but I trusted him. The remade trousers fit perfectly, and I’m very satisfied!

I was skeptical at first because the app measured my waist much smaller than big box store pant sizes, which are bogus anyway.
Jeans were a perfect fit and I love them!
FYI, if your outside the U.S.A., there will be import duties to pay, but worth every penny.

First suit did not fit. Zoom Tailor session was extremely impressive. They find things that I would not have thought to correct. Remade suit fits perfectly. Definitely recommended.

I saw an ad from MTAILOR online. I was skeptical but intrigued. I used to sell clothes and I have chalked up a lot of suits so I put my phone on the floor and followed the instructions. Free shipping, free returns to fix errors if you are not satisfied, or a total refund; how could I resist? Two weeks later I received the suit. I was amazed by the quality of the material, color as described, particulars like the cuffs on the sleeves and the crotch area of the pants was perfect. That area with off the rack or custom made can be very difficult to get right. My suit is nicer than ones I have in my closet that cost $1,500.00. I give it a six star rating. Believe me when you put your MTAILOR suit on you will be extremely happy you took the plunge.

I’m a long-time customer with over 20 dress shirts, slacks, jeans, and a sports coat. I’ve never been disappointed. Recently, I ordered 2 French cuff dress shirts. I wanted a regular collar but selected a button-down. A day after I placed my order, I realized my mistake. I reached out to customer service, and they fixed my error. A week later, I received a confirmation that the material was cut. I revisited my order and realized I ordered a white shirt with white instead of black thread for my monogrammed cuff. I quickly contacted customer service to see if I could make a change, but it was too late. Customer service said to request a remake once I receive the shirts. I received my shirts and ordered a remake; as always, customer service was very accommodating. The shirts were made again with no questions asked. A few weeks later, I had my shirts. The fit was perfect, and so was the monogram! I also like that the originals are donated to charity.

While they will give you a speedy response, they make promises and make excuses for the shipping, while I never knew this prior to placing an order and bad on me but the item I ordered was a pair of pants, I thought that this company was in the US and while the headquarters may be in North America the pants are made in Asia!!
Now most things are but they were very evasive and clearly when you contact them for arrival date which for me has been so far 2 weeks later than original date, each and every dealings with support has not been truthful and have given different excuses for the delay.
JUST BE HONEST WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS, ONCE A CUSTOMER LOSES TRUST, YOU LOST A CUSTOMERS!! TELL YOUR CUSTOMERS THAT IT GOING TO TAKE 2 MONTHS FOR CLOTHING YOU PROBABLY PAY 10 YEAR OLDS WHO WORK 16 HOUR DAYS FOR PENNIES IN A WORK SHOP THAT ANY US STATE WOULD CONDEMN!!

Everything worked out as MTailor stated, even though I was a bit skeptical in the beginning. I was assured that if I followed the instructions, all would be OK. It was. I received my new jeans, they fit well, and I look great in them. I will be going back for more!

The MTailor shirts I got yesterday are amazing - can’t really explain a life with short arms … folding back sweater sleeve cuffs my entire life, making "Poor mans French cuffs” folding back the full cuff on a shirt once and then button it reversed. Then along came MTailor … I could say, "MTailor shirts make me look half my age! or, "Women are chasing me when I shop for groceries in my MTailor shirt!. Sadly, not true. BUT, I will say putting on a MTailor shirt is GREAT. Particularly satisfying when you button the cuff ... that MTailor built exactly where it should be. Nothing feels better than wearing a perfect fitting MTailor shirt. Well ... I guess I could think of maybe one or two ... but after that, it's a MTailor shirt! My only regret? Not having MTailor clothes earlier. Look in the mirror - take care of #1 first! Hey, the golf clubs fit, the sporting clays O/U fits, the shoes fit ... it's about time your clothes fit as well! You don't have to take my word for it ... try just one shirt and see for yourself. Seriously.

After 4 tries to make my new custom jeans as the tapered look I was desiring, the final iteration was absolutely perfect and exactly what I was looking for in a pair of jeans. An MTailor representative named Marc analyzed the situation, and did the correction perfectly the first time. I am now so happy because I could never find jeans that fit me at any store. The fit, materials, and workmanship are absolutely top-notch. I immediately placed an order for 3 more pairs in different colors. They are all perfect. MTailor is an incredible company that offers custom tailoring at very reasonable prices. Customer service is the best I have ever experienced.

These jeans are legit! The fitting process is crazy, but it really works. I am sold and will be a repeat customer.

Helpful customer service, an easy to use measuring app, nice fabric on the shirt I ordered, fast delivery. Only minus was that the collar was slightly looser than I normally like, but that was not enough to take away a star. I liked the shirt I bought so much, it caused me to try buying a pair of dress trousers.

I ordered from the app, super easy. My cloths arrived later than I wanted (about 2 weeks) but were highly worth it. The cloths fit perfectly to me and made me look built and sexy.
