I’m very satisfied with this purchase

I’m very satisfied with this purchase! The charger arrived in perfect condition and even earlier than the estimated delivery date, which was a great surprise. It works exactly as expected and feels like a high-quality product. I’m really happy with it and would definitely recommend it to others looking for a reliable charger.

I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with MStore.

I purchased a mobile phone on 1st March 2026 for €299, which arrived on 3rd March. Unfortunately, the phone was faulty out of the box—the SIM card tray would not open.

I contacted customer support on 4 March and, after multiple follow-ups, was asked to provide video evidence, which I did. On 9 March, I was told the phone would be collected and a replacement would be issued once it was received.

I returned the phone as instructed. However, since then, I have received no replacement, no refund, and no meaningful response despite repeated attempts to follow up.

I have now paid €299 and have nothing to show for it. Due to the lack of communication and resolution, I’ve had to escalate the matter through the Small Claims Court.

Very frustrating experience—would not recommend.

Good store! Poor status update and poor coms!

My experience with mStore.ie was very good! The only crib I have is with their updating process!
Every time I logged in to check the status I was met with "your purchase is being processed" I emailed a few days later to see why the status remained at "being processed" ( I am still waiting for a reply). it was delivered quickly, but I would have liked to have been updated when the item was shipped.
