The taxi mug was bought from John Lewis as a present but has a fault in the porcelain and there are no John Lewis near us any longer. MS replaced it free of charge. Excellent service. Lovely mug with excellent handle and so good to drink from. Jokes are great fun

Very impressed with McLaggan - this is the first time I have bought from them, but it won't be the last.
Ordered 2 mugs for Christmas, they were dispatched promptly and arrived in good time. However, one of them was the wrong product, but I have no criticism whatsoever due to the way my problem was handled by Customer Services (Maisy).
I phoned on 21st Dec to make them aware, and they promptly dispatched a replacement, which arrived on 23rd Dec. Thank you so much McLaggan - it's a pleasure to purchase from a small family-run company!

I ordered a mug to send to my sister in Australia as part of my family's Christmas gifts. Unfortunately, when I received the mug, it was the wrong size. I emailed McLaggan's customer service and explained that I needed the right-sized mug as soon as possible to make the Christmas post to Australia. Maisie at McLaggan was amazing - she answered my email within two hours and sent out a replacement mug with next day shipping. I do a lot of online shopping and I have never had such prompt and satisfactory customer service. I will definitely order again. Thanks Maisie!

I was looking for mugs with a design that I had bought from Mclaggan years ago but which is no longer in stock, and they made two new ones for me with the old design. These are of wonderful bone china quality, and I am delighted that this was possible. Wonderful service, fast delivery (to Germany) and reasonable prices.

They are fantastic. As I took each one out of the box I laughed out loud as they are all so amusing. I bought the bigger size as we all love big cups of tea in our house.
My only problem was choosing which ones to buy as they are all so witty.
They were packaged up really well and there was little surprises in some of the mugs...a lovely thought!
I would thoroughly recommend to others- a great company to do business with.

I have just ordered some mugs as I’d just broken a favourite coffee mug. They arrived this morning and are great. Just what I wanted and a couple for presents. Would strongly recommend this company!

I needed to replace two of our favourite mugs but I couldn’t see the size that I wanted on the website so I sent a quick email to query. I received a quick and helpful response asking me to call to confirm exactly what I wanted. I ordered over the phone on Monday, was told they would be produced the same afternoon and I received them on Wednesday. Quick, efficient service and the mugs are lovely. Will definitely use this company again.

Ordered quite a few mugs. Received them quite quickly. Packing was quite secured. Quick response to my email queries. Will certainly buy from McLaggan again and let my family and friends know about this great family company.

I’ve ordered and payed for 14 mugs on the 15th of October. They were supposed to despatch them in max 4 days. No delivery, no information, nobody answers the phone. Don’t buy from them, it’s not a reliable company.
Update:
They called me and it appeared that it was Royal Mail who didn’t send me the delivery note. Mugs have arrived and were sent on 19th of October. Response for complaint was quick and efficient. now I can give them 5 star.

Loving the new range. Am going to order more notebooks for Christmas stocking gifts (hope my kids aren't reading this) and the coasters are fab. I want to buy all of them. (Perhaps my kids could read that bit)

The cups are beautiful. I purchased 4 as a gift and my friend loved them. The customer service from Maisie was excellent. I needed them to be sent earlier which she kindly offered to do only to find during transit I had provided a jumbled address. Royal mail returned the parcel to them and they resent immediately to my correct address. I was very impressed.

I was given two mugs for my birthday by my sister-in-law and I love them so much have bought six more for our office. The pink flamingos is my favourite but I love the intricate details of the geese as well. First class service - highly recommend these mugs as a gorgous gift or just to spoil yourself.
