Scam. Took money and sent invoice for wrong licence. Ignoring all requests to remediate. Never received any licence by email.

I bought this (Office for Mac 2019) in December 2021 after I had to buy a new Macbook Pro M1 (old one drowned!!)
It all worked beautifully until I updated my MBP to the latest Ventura 13.2 OS. Now I cannot use any of the MS programmes as I get a message telling me to reactivate!
I have tried many times to contact the company (MS Keycentral) but never get a response, so that's £79.99 down the drain. What I'm worried about now is will I be able to access (edit and create) any of the files I used it for if I get a new copy from an honest supplier? Also, I believe MS now demand an annual fee rather than a one-off fee!

Caution!!Its a fraud.I had bought office 2016 last year and i installed it to my old laptop.It worked fine up to that point that i had to reinstall the souite in my new laptop.Thats failed since keys are valid only for one device(i paid for this) but only FOR ONE TIME!!!.After a chat that i had had with a microsoft agent and a remote trial he confirmed that keys are not valid.I was forced to buy 2021 from an official store finally.IMPORTANT:I proceed to that bad public evaluation since i had sent several emails prompting them to provide me with a valid key with no response at all!!!

Total con Bought November 2021 and can’t activate. Spoke Microsoft who confirmed this not a valid commodity and no response to several emails sent

complete and utter CON !!!!!!!!!!!!!! dont buy this !!! you cant contact the site after a certain amount of time, once the licence expires. I couldn't even activate mine because it sais its registered elsewhere. the link they give you at the beginning to sort this out doesn't work. when you try to contact them, you will get a message saying that they are online but not responding. I responded to the original email four times asking for any kind of help and its been ignored so I have to accept, if its too good to be true, its FAKE, FAKE, FAKE !!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased from this site a 2019 Office standalone license for 2 PCs, one year ago. All well until one of the 2 PCs got broken recently and I needed to put the license on a new one. The activation key doesn't work anymore and the support doesn't answer any kind of calls. After searching around and learning about Microsoft Office products and activation methods I have discovered that this site is a criminal one, they are selling MSDNR licenses they should not sell. These are working licenses until somebody at Microsoft realizes what is happening. When this happens the licenses are deactivated and the buyer loses the money. Obviously this is why they do not offer any kind of support if not immediately after selling the key, for the installation, when they know that is practically impossible that Microsoft deactivated so quickly. This allows them to keep relatively good reviews and continue gathering one time clients giving them free money. They are allowed to do this by Microsoft because it would be too difficult to prosecute them and also Microsoft gains from their existence because when you have lost your money once you are ready to spend more money for the original product from Microsoft.....I would say the criminals are everywhere.....Let's go for Free Software and get rid of these society parasites of all kinds.

Total scam. No contact details supplied for when you need support. The keys provided are invalid.

I purchased Office 2019 for my home laptop but the product key provided by Licence Key Shop is not valid. I feel like I've been scammed. Microsoft says "If you see this message, this means that your Office product key has been blocked and will no longer work ... Unfortunately, there are many dishonest sellers who offer stolen, abused, or otherwise unauthorized Microsoft product keys for sale."

They do not tell you the numbers of activations you have so after buying another laptop, I cannot activate Office in it and Microsoft support told me the product is invalid. Now I have to buy another one.

Searched here just to make sure this offer wasn't a scam. I got Microsoft Office for Mac 2021 for an exceptional price and everything installed and worked as promised. I highly recommend mskeycentral.com

I came here to check if The Licence Key Shop was ligit prior to using them. Gievn the major of responses were positive I proceeded to purchase. Given the negative response here I thought to add my counter claim. I purchased Office Home and Office 2019 for Mac and PC. I received both keys and links (to an official MS site) for download instantly. Both packages downloaded and installed correctly. This will be my go-to for any future upgrades.

I thought I needed to write this review as I was very skeptical due to the negative reviews below, I thought I was either gonna be scammed or in need of the Helpdesk.. but not at all. I am working already on my projects with no problem.

Just installed Office 2019 Pro Plus version
The activation program had a small hickup, so I got to experience the helpdesk as well.
Answer back under a minute, and problem solved in another 2. Great service and... It works!

Tentatively Downloaded and Installed Office 2016
Installation ran without any problems, and yes, the activation bug, simply ran the tool and it all activated seamlessly.
The whole thing took 12 Minutes..

Just purchased and installed another copy of Office 2016 and Windows 10 on a Virtual Machine for a training course.

Couldn't quite believe I could get Office 2019 at this price but it seems to have worked. I had the same issue as other people in terms of not being able to activate on installation because of the number of activations on the key having been reached but I used the link for the activation tool on the post-purchase instructions and that sorted it all out instantly

Bought a Office for Mac license here recently. They put up the cover for Office 2019 on the product and then don't mention which year the license is for anywhere on the product page. After purchase, you want to install and then you find out you actually bought a license for Office 2016 instead of 2019.

The license for 2k16 is half the price as the new version so they're tricking into thinking you get a good deal for the new license while you're actually overpaying highly for an old license.

I do not know why people here are compaining. I received my software (Office) and all is working great, the guy from the support is really nice and has been really helpful. I bought this few weeks ago.
