What can you do
What can you do, I just bought a doll from Mshop in Sweden, did ask before the buying if the doll is the same as in the photos, they said it is the photos we got from the supplier from China they use for their doll : Doll King.
im pretty sure it is sexdollking they mean, but not for sure,
Anyway, the doll arrived, and as this is my first time buying a doll I had to pick her up, hard to se under the plastic, NO its not even close, I now know how Wm dolls looks and how they look, this is a smaller copy of WM dolls 166cm C Cup, much more harder TPE....
I also did ask them the day before order, why do ypu have WM dolls photos, is it that doll you sell, they replied that WM dolls dont make their own dolls, or something like that, now I have picked up the doll, and removed protection stuff even on the head, and by doing this (I hade to confirm if it was the same one as in pictures), now I cant send it back or regret..... I havent called them an confronted them about it, but now I dont know what to do, The doll have been packed down to the box again, in perfect condition, havent touched it more then just confirmed it wasnt a WM doll, or even a close copy...
What right do I have now? It feel hard to prove that the doll they are selling is not the same as in the pictures..
And this is not something I want to go further with to much..
Any tip how to move on from here..
Im now looking for a REAL WM doll, trying to find one that ships to Sweden within 4 weeks..
By the way, the fake doll is Miley they are selling, clearly a 166cm WM doll and their photos

I am sorry to her that the real real doll you received did not live up to your expectations. The sexdolls we offer are not the same as WM sexdolls and we do not claim that they do. Both our real dolls and WM dolls are manufactured in China and maybe we even share some of the same suppliers. Therefore the images you are referring to can look alike. WM sexdolls are not more real then our real dolls. The images of the real dolls are taken in a studio with light settings which means that the real dolls will never look 100% the same at arrival. Which we also inform about on our website.
We are able to offer our real dolls with day-to-day delivery and to a favorable price because we have them in stock in Sweden.
At Mshop we find it crucial that our customers can feel secure and trust that they buy a product that has not been in other customers hands when they receive them. That is why we inform about not opening the products if you wish to return a product in our terms and conditions. We find that our customers are very content with this policy.
But we are also very determined to help our customers best way possible so I strongly advice you to contact our swedish customerservice on email: kundtjanst@mshop.se and they will surely help you in the best way they can.
