Excellent service! Highly recommended

Richard and his team did a fantastic job with my Aga and then replaced the water heating system. They are professional reliable and competitive. I would highly recommend them. An excellent job well done. I’m truly grateful.

Richard comes regularly to service our Aga and we are always happy with the service. As usual this spring, he was friendly, efficient and quick. Everything was left clean and tidy. It is great to have someone you can rely on to do a good job, can’t recommend him highly enough.

Richard installed a new boiler and water tank for us a few years ago, so we asked him to replace the oil tank this year. As before the professionalism and attention to detail was fantastic. Old tank drained and removed the same day despite the slightly awkward location, new tank installed to the correct standard following Richard's advice about location. A very stress free job and we'd highly recommend MS Cookers and Boilers.

Very happy with our annual service. Nooking the service was very easy on line. Richard contacted us ahead if his arrival.
He conducted the service and discussed it with Andy and left everything as he found it. He followed this up by sending us a report detailing the work undertaken.

Richard came to see our complicated boiler system..we have been patching it up for years…TBH we didn’t expect to see him again like many other businesses, who said they could fix it, never to be heard from again.

What a trouble free and pleasant experience Richard’s visit to service the Rayburn turned out to be.
The professional and efficient way the work was carried out proved MS Cookers & Boilers to be the perfect choice. Along with the fact that Richard went the extra mile to help adds a value that you never see on the invoice. Definitely highly recommended.

Used Richard for several years now. Done lots of work for us including replacing microbore pipes with 15mm and a New boiler 2 years ago. All work carried out with minimum disruption and area's left clean and tidy. We've no problem recommending him, first class work always and turns up when he says he will!
