I found it very stressful at the start when I was obtaining quotes, as there were many companies that I discovered that quoted me , had only just got accredited under the MCS certification and it seemed that my house was going to be there first installation. I only found this out as they could not give me any previous customers to talk too and ones they could put me in contact with were ones they had fitted that week ! This scared the life out of me and I was going to spend thousands of pounds with a company that only had been in the heat pump industry for 10 minutes
I called MSC !! Straight away these guys were on the ball and belive me they know there onions !
They gave me huge list of customers who had heat pumps by them , ranging from air source heat pumps to ground source heat pumps , the list was that big I didn’t have time to ring them all . Over the moon with my Kensa ground source heat pump it works a treat and saving me money, the patch of land where the trench’s were installed is starting to take shape back to its original state.
MSC have been fitting heat pumps for 11 years now and I am glad I used there services, great guys , great service, excellent quality. But make sure you have plenty of tea and coffee on stand by as they cleared me out ! Thanks MSC

I'm very happy with the heat pump and radiators installed by Martin. They worked professionally and quite fast for the size of the job, price for radiators was reasonable too. I would use them in the future when I decide to install underfloor heating. I highly recommend MSC heating.

Martin is a great guy! Very professional and knows the job well. From the minute I appointed him to fit my ASHP till installation and after service he has been remarkable. Martin and Jamie from MSC Heating installed an ASHP and radiators for us. They were very efficient and professional on a job that was not easy due to the non-stadard construction of our house. Martin and Jamie (his plumber) fitted an air source heart pump for us in Dec 21. It was a pleasure dealing with them and the we are very pleased with the final installation.

Used msc to install ASHP and larger radiators. Martin has a lot of work and that is because he is very fair on the pricing. He is also genuine He will only sell you something which is viable. So he said solar panels not economic for us. He also recommended some top up insulation and that has worked a treat. When we do our kitchen I wil definitely use him for the underfloor heating.

We had MSC Heating install a 12kw Samsung air source heat pump at our property, completed in time to benefit from the RHI scheme. We would thoroughly recommend Martin. And have done already, to several people. He's a lovely guy, and we're impressed with his work and professional friendly manner.
At the quote stage, Martin clearly stood out as the installer to choose. We'd already received impartial advice on having a heat pump, but Martin's knowledge and advice was also invaluable to us.
The installation was generally flawless and excellently done.

After leaving a review following poor customer service regarding a buildings regulation certificate that my property buyer's solictor requested, I came back from walking my dog yesterday evening to find 31 missed calls from MSC Heating within 20 minutes (harassment?) Due to this, I decided that I would block their number as I no longer needed to deal with the company, especially if they were going to bombard me with calls.
Immediately following this, I received emails from Boiler Guide, Anglian Homes, BookaBuilder, Warmer Homes, etc. all regarding quotations that "I had just requested" offering to call me. Luckily I was able to put a stop to all these, but I was concerned that a 'legitimate' business would use their customer details in that manner. The solicitor dealing with my house sale managed to contact BookaBuilder IT department this morning who have confirmed that the IP address used to request quotations in my name came from an address in Castle Bromwich, which he confirmed is the registered business address of MSC Heating according to Companies House. He has submitted a complaint to the Information Commissioner's Office on my behalf citing a GDPR breach and malicious use of customer data.

From my initial contact to completing the installation of my Midea heat pump system MSC Heating have been both professional and courteous. Even a few months after the installation they were happy to answer my questions and responded quickly to my calls and emails. Can’t fault them at all great to deal with.

We had a hybrid system, consisting of an air source heat pump ( Samsung R32 Generation) and oil boiler, installed by MSC heating to replace our ageing oil boiler. The hybrid system was required due to the size of our home. From the initial proposal through to installation, Martin provided an excellent service, keeping us fully informed and clearly answering all our questions. Martin also supported us in completing the RHI application which went through with no issues. MSC Heating were very professional and did a great job with the installation, ensuring that everything was working as it should be and always clearing up before they left for the day The heat pump has been in place a few months now and is working well with no issues. I have no hesitation in recommending Martin and the team at MSC Heating.

I was introduced to Martin as a result of my initial enquiry with Kensa.
From beginning to end of the project Martin kept me fully informed about progress. He was always happy to discuss technical details to ensure I got exactly the system I wanted.
Unfortunately we had some issues with a driller (not Martin's fault) which took some time to resolve. This caused serious delays and inconvenience to both Martin and I. However, when resolved (by finding another borehole driller - easier said than done at the time!) he and Jamie "pulled out all the stops" to ensure the project was finished in time to meet the RHI deadline. They worked long days in cold conditions to get the job done and all work was carried out to a very high standard. Martin and Jamie clearly take a pride in what they do.
Once the system was commissioned Martin took me through the RHI application process, which was completed successfully.
I am very pleased with the system which has now been running for a few weeks and is performing well.

We had a 16KW Samsung ASHP fitted. A heating calculation was done and new radiators fitted throughout. The downstairs heaters where fan convectors replacing very old fan convectors
Martin did a very neat installation with all the components fitted in the airing cupboard.

There were a couple of problems with supply of some components and also a noise problem from a pump in the airing cupboard. These were resolved quickly and incurred no extra costs. As a result the installation took a little longer than expected but Martin worked very hard and was reliable.
We were able to claim the RHI allowance which took some time and effort, due to difficulty with OFGEM not Martin. We paid the agreed price.

We have run the heat pump for some 10 months now including during the recent cold snaps this winter, (-5deg C), and the heat pump has kept the house warm and there is always hot water. The cost of running the heat pump looks higher than the gas boiler it replaced but we can't be more specific until we have run the pump for a year

Very happy with my heat pump that Martin installed, the house is always warm and we have more hot water than know what to do with!

The heat pump and associated equipment was installed with great precision. The amount of energy required to provide heating in our house has declined by around 70% as a result of the installation. This is despite the fact that our house was built in 1966 and has no special insulation measures apart from cavity wall and 370mm of loft insulation. This was achieved in four and half days including the electrician's work.

We’ve recently had air source heating system installed by MSC Heating.
Martin explained the entire process very clearly and we were very happy with the installation process.
He was very knowledgable and explained everything in detail from the beginning to the end.

I like the fact that these guys turn up on time and always work with me to meet my deadlines. They deliver a great service and always a pleasure to have on site too.

I recently had an air source heat pump installed to replace a very old oil boiler and reached out to 4 companies initially. Martin at MSC was pretty much the only polite and professional person to respond quickly. While I did get 2 full other quotes in the end, the companies worked through salesman who you never thought were giving you the full story (eg charging me £150 for an EPC I didn’t even need). Martin was very patient with my thousands of questions and talked me through every step. He was very clear from the start what was possible with timing of the job and also what was possible with the placement of my heat pump which I was unsure about. He suggested going to look at another pump he had installed and I went to chat with the home owner and look at the pump placement and overall install . This helped clear up a few questions in my head but also was very transparent to send me to another client before I committed any deposit etc. Martin and Jamie took three days to complete the heat pump and new tank install and all the pipe work replacement and radiator replacements. They really work hard doing long days and after seeing the complexity of it all I can now appreciate the amount of work. Very good communication throughout the job explaining everything that was going on, where they would put the pipes out the house, placement of heat pump and radiators etc. Very pleased with the job and thoroughly nice guys as well which makes a big difference to me. Would highly recommend.
