Customer Service is always a nice experience. They are nice, and knowledgeable about the inquires I might have.

To start off with, the buying experience was easy and quick. Easy to find and cart what I was looking for and check out was easy.
The only issue I have had was having something sent to me with the label for the item on a bag, but wrong item was in the bag, wasn't even close to the right item.
However, after calling customer support (they answered quickly), they made it right and are sending the right item.
