We order through our vendor "punchout" system. It is easy to find the items I need and for the most part you have the items we want and regularly use. Once our orders are processed through the vendor system, our supplies are shipped out immediately. In the two years I have been doing this job I have not received anything incorrectly nor have I ever had items missing from a shipment

Your website is terrible
Your website is terrible. I searched for Concrete Drill Bits and got mainly Concrete Anchors. There were 46 pages of items and page 1 was only one drill bit and 23 anchors. I have anchors, I need drill bits. I am NOT looking thru 46 pages for the drill bit that I need. I've always had this issue with your website. Ask of one thing and also get so many other things, might be related, but not what I wanted.

My MSC rep. is great to work with. If MSC carries a product, that you are in need, delivery can be as quick as overnight. He can and will look for alternatives. I could not ask for more. If a delivery has been delayed, he's kept me in the loop. Returns calls promptly. Always social, helpful and polite.
