It has taken over a month to get quote and place order for handles - poor customer services and have gone elsewhere.

I am from New Zealand and we couldn't find the parts we needed in New Zealand. I contacted these guys after a tip off from a local supplier and they immediately responded to my initial email and my order arrived yesterday only 5 days after initial contact - impressive !!

Best customer service and smooth operation. Happy to help me on the phone (very patient) and super fast delivery. Can't recommend them enough.

The diligent and professional team helped me source a replacement part for a sliding door. It was a complicated situation due to the part not being actively manufactured anymore, but they sorted it no problem.

Somehow I ordered the incorrect colour part and the team were able to find my order and update to the correct colour. Extremely grateful for their efforts and my order still arrived within 3 days. Excellent service.

Impossible to talk to customer service!! Ordered an important item (shower door hinge replacement as mine broke so showering has been a challenge) and was struggling to order the right one on their website. After I placed the order I was worried the wrong part went through and wanted to see the order confirmation to check. It never came through. I emailed them to ask about it. No response.
I only got emails about the item being on its way. Now the item I received was indeed not the one I needed and I emailed them again to try and organise it to be returned and to get the right one and again NO ANSWER!! its the email on the paper they sent through as well. I’m currently traveling and don’t have the rime to try their number so my issue keeps getting extended. (my housemate sent through a photo of the wrong piece for me.)

I want to thank Mich and the Mr. Windows staff for their generous help for a replacement of a 25year old awning chain winder in our Hawaiian home. I have been searching for many years for a replacement in the USA with no success until I contacted Mr. Windows. I can verify that their service was superb as they worked to find a suitable match, and a smooth Paypal invoice, payment, excellent packaging, and fast international shipping. I ordered an item they have advertised on their website when I received it it was a different item contacted them twice since with know reply just take your money and wipe their hands with you
