Mrs Quilty’s Customers Sevice
I purchased the Mrs Quilty box as a Birthday gift for my wife.
Once she was received her gift I contacted customer services to change the details in to her name so she gets all the in formation direct from now on.
This was done over live chat and was done very easily and quickly.

not easy to cancel
You advertise that you can cancel any subscription easily. I have to say you made as difficult as possible. I was not able to call and talk to someone; I was not able to complete the task by using your Webb site. I finely tried your "chat with us" option and there with a lot of back and forth,
I was able to cancel my subscription. We do not need to be wasting our time with your marketing ploys.

At last finally got to explore my boxes!
I finally had a chance to pull the books our of my boxes and at least read through them, I am pleased with the 8 boxes I have received. There are some really cute projects in them that I am looking forward to making when I get a chance, it has been a crazy year with a new great grandson being born and his mommy and daddy buying a house. I am also in a group that makes charity quilts and that keeps me pretty busy, along with my own quilts that I am working on. I will be starting a few of the projects to give as Christmas gifts, and although I love the fabric and quality that comes in the boxes I may subsitute from my stash to match peoples home decor colors. I have had to contact customer service a couple of times for different reasons and each time I have gotten a timely answer to my questions and the matter of missing items was handled promptly, I couldn't be happier with Mrs. Quilty's customer service department. As I complete a project I will add details on how it went together and a picture of the completed item. Sew on everyone and enjoy!

Mrs Quilty box of amazing ideas with the material to make then with..all you need to supply is a sewing machine and your time. A small enquiry to the customer services and my issue was resolved within a few hours with the best outcome.

Customer service is great. They respond quickly to any questions and problems you may have. Subscription is on time and seems to d be of good quality. Emails accompany the shipping and tracking. If a problem occurs, customer service immediately responds and tries to help solve the problem.
