Received fabric swatches quickly. Headboard easy to order. Received quickly. Really well packaged. Beautiful item.

Disappointed with delivery and assemble. Paid £70 for delivery and assemble of a super-king size bed frame and mattress, and only one man was sent. Firstly, he fell removing parts from van and nearly broke his ankle, landed in a puddle, and we had to give him clothes to change into prior to assemble of beds.
I had to come home from my work to assist and on arrival the room ceiling was marked and bedframe material was marked also. I had to assist with bed assembly and also had to assist with bringing mattress from van to bedroom. In my opinion, there was no way he would have been able to do this safely on his own.
Don't want to make this personal to the delivery man as he certainly tried his best, but he was under so much pressure due to lone working, actually felt sorry for him.

Brought a king size bed with memory mattress and mattress has already dipped on one side. Less than 1 week old!!

Pleased with my purchase. We ordered 2 single lille bedframes. Quality was perfect, the teddy fabric is so soft and lush, the kids absolutely love it. All delivered and assembled within 5 days, which is a record for us considering we are in the Highlands!

Great order process, communication and delivery. The bed is great but instructions not very clear.

Excellent product, ordered bed frame and mattress. Quick delivery. Was kept updated on day of delivery with phone calls from a friendly and professional delivery driver. Delivered with a smile . Very pleased with purchase and even more so with the quality and price .

The quality of the headboard they delivered for the price is amazing. Also, delivery was easy, and they communicated well with me beforehand. It's a shame that a couple of people have had bad experiences with delivery, but I haven't (which is why I wanted to leave a review).

Horrendous service- DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! they seemed helpful at first and once they have your money- they send out a crappy version of the product you have ordered and sent over a 2 day new worker to fit our Ottoman bed on his own who asked my husband to help him do all the heavy lifting and tighten the screws on the bed.
Once he left we realised he had assembled the bed all wrong as he had NO CLUE what he was doing and should not have been sent alone by his company to assemble a bed.
We were still forced by the main contact who said 'do not disturb me I am at a family wedding' when help was needed- HOW UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! they took our money for assembling a bed that wasnt done correctly - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY- they are fraudsters.

Fabulous bed looks gorgeous. King size plus mattress and has gas lift base for storage. Very pleased with my purchase.

The delivery driver called me at 9pm to ask if he could come earlier than we had arranged… I rearranged my plans and then received a message at gone midnight to say he wasn’t delivering it now someone else would be in touch . Another delivery guy came way later than originally planned so I could have had my appointment but nobody got in touch so I had no idea when they were coming. The man didn’t know he was putting the bed up so rushed it and left me all the rubbish to take to the tip.
No real apology from Mr slumber just “these things happen”

Lovely quality bed and delivered very quickly. Only issue was the very basic assembly instructions
