I ordered some sweets last week
I ordered some sweets last week. They tasted great. Arrived on time and packaged well. Will definitely order again.
Horrific stench of Body odour
Went in to this store in Southend as I do love their products
However it is with a heavy heart I say that I could not tolerate being in the small confined shop with the awful stench of the man that works there. This is a food store in essence and hygiene I would have thought would be of high importance. The body odour literally filled my nostrils and made me feel incredibly ill.
I ushered my child out very quickly who also stated he was glad to be out of there as the smell was so bad and this came from a 10 year old boys mouth.
The staff are polite and lovely and like I said the products are great but someone does need to have a word with the man that works there as I can’t go back to that store and have my nostrils violated so badly. I also dread to think how much worse this could get come height of summer and would feel sorry for the staff that work there and the customers who visit

Poor customer service
Poor customer service , I visited the store with my 2 children after school
I found both the women rude and frankly quite miserable.
I had also asked for £3 worth of a certain sweet and she just kept adding and said it’s going to be over and it was by 70p which given the sweet were very small could have been avoided, then I felt pressured to just accept it.
I was made to feel like taking my children in with me was an inconvenience for them and would not return to this particular store due to their miserable attitude

The sweets were past their sell-by date, but these things happen. But then I got home and saw that I'd been charged twice. Head office says they won't initiate a refund due to 'internal rules'.
Dodgy sweets and even dodgier credit card machines... they should change their name to American Candy and open up on Oxford Street.

Best sweet shop in Stafford
Had a brilliant visit to Mr Simms today. The shop is packed to the rafters with a full selection of every sweet imaginable. What really made it, though, was the friendly staff—they provided excellent customer service and made the whole experience great. I'm one very happy customer!

Unhygenic staff.
What has happened to the Southend on Sea store? I went in yesterday for some birthday gifts as usual. I had to wait as the gentleman behind the counter was on his phone, then he was arguing with a workman in the shop, trying not to pay him for his services. Then he left me stood there to speak to a delivery man, then he went behind counter to answer a call on his mobile. I went to another shop then reluctantly went back as I really needed the sweets! The gentleman serving me stunk if bo/sweat and had really nasty smelling breath. He was also on his mobile which he kept getting out his pocket in between weighing out customers sweets, not hygenic at all. For a sweet shop especially, I would have thought personal hygeine was super important. Sadly I will never visit again, will get my traditional sweets elsewhere from now on.

Good Fudge, Good Times.
No complaints about the Bracknell branch. Staff are friendly and happy to help. Sure the products are a little pricy (isn't everything nowadays?), but the quality is undeniable. Personally love the fudge they sell behind the counter.

Awful customer
Awful customer forcing us into unsafe and uncomfortable situation rip off
Creepy man and crappy shop!
The worst shopping experience of my LIFE! From the moment you walk in and the moment you walk out the guy at the counter stares at you, you feel like your being rapidly stalked, you feel scared and pressured to buy something from this tacky overpriced as hell sweetstore. The shop is falsely advertised, small and either empty for the man to eaves drop and cower over you, or to busy to even move! Awful and ashamed to have a such a creepy man in Guildford, and such a crappy shop!! It’s not child friendly, it’s not a good price, and it’s not a good shop!!!
Good quality
Visit when in the area, always nice staff and good quality chocolate/sweets.
Ordered online recently, order was dispatched quickly and was of good quality.
