Mr Shopper Poor Service
I purchased my two orders (#41971 & #41984) on the 27th of Nov 2020 and my stuff was supposed to have been delivered on 9 Dec 2020.
9 Dec 2020 passed and today is 25 Dec 2020 I have not received my stuff. I received a shipment tracking number on the 14 of Dec 2020 from Pelican Express Courier but that was it, you cannot track the shipment & there is no communication.
I doubt Mr Shopper services especially after so many bad reviews & my experience (I have tried to communicate with you Mr Shopper on all your platforms but there is no communication).
I will start the process to recover my money on the 28 Dec 2020.

I placed my order on the 6th of December and it was scheduled to be delivered on the 21 of December and haven't yet received my order now it's 25th December 2020. I can't enjoy Christmas with my family because of these scammers! Mr Shopper must shutdown❗❗❗

Mr Shopper scam
U have ordered a KIC fridge on the 06/12/2020 and the delivery date wich they mailed to me said the 21/12/2020. Still have not received my order. Mailed them, no response, phoned then, nobody answers the phone after waiting about 5 mins listening to music. I think they just scammed us and they are not legit. I dont know what to do now. They basically stole my money.

I saw the bad reviews and wanted to see for myself so I bought something small. Do not support this business, if you don’t believe me, call their customer service and you will get no answer. They sent the below message on WhatsApp chat yesterday:
Due to high volumes it may take us a little while to connect you to an available WhatsApp helper but will respond as soon as possible.

To be honest you are just wasting your time and money to purchase from them. They do not get back to you!
There is no customer service.
I don't even know how they still exist! I am extremely disappointed. You can phone as many times as you like, no answer except for an answering machine, they do not respond back to your emails, nor the web chat. Not their whatsapp line either. As soon as they get payment it is over. They steal your money.

Non supply of goods purchased. I have placed an order for a lawn mower…
I have placed an order for a lawn mower and paid for it, with confirmed delivery of 12 December. In trying to follow up, if you can get through to the number, they do not answer their phone and it goes straight to an answering system. I sent an email, received a response I would have a response by Monday close of business and to date nothing. Be careful of purchasing from Mr Shopper as I now see there are similar complaints of non supply and no feedback

Disappointing Service!
I feel obliged to share my recent experience with Mr. Shopper.
If you are considering ordering from them, DON'T!
A month ago I ordered some items which partly got delivered almost 1 week after their promised delivery date, some items got damaged with the courier and they requested my banking details to make a payment by a specific date... After many phone calls (and not being able to get hold of anyone) plus numerous emails, I finally received the payment 1 week after the date they assured the refund will be made.
Needless to say, a very disappointing experience for an online retailer.
If I had not followed up in the manner I did, the payment would probably never be made.
So consider shopping with them carefully!
