Excellent customer service.
My charcoal crew neck arrived in a new, slim carboard box sealed in a waterproof cover. The jumper was carefully wrapped in a double layer of tissue paper, and also folded with tissue paper. The item was/is perfect. I received three calls on my mobile, on two different days, from the company to ensure I had received it. I was driving at the time of the calls so when I responded, finally, their calls were to ensure I had the item and all was good.
