I ordered Nikes labeled size 11. They sent me womens size 11 and the box says womens. They would not take the order back and I'm stuck with womens shoes. Be carful when you order as you can get stuck with the wroge gear and lose your money. Huge waste of time and pain in the butt.

Efficient service, competitive pricing and amazing choice of goods
I received my package the next day by DHL
Delivery was very quick & expensive. However, the packaging was excessive. A small shoe-shine kit was sent in a very large box filled with unnecessary packing material, which felt wasteful and likely increased the cost unnecessarily.

The best customer support should you be unlucky with a purchase
Very disappointed with Mr Porter. As a long standing customer I didn't expect to be fobbed off with bizarre explanations about why a promotional discount code they had sent me didn't work.
No attempt made to right the wrong. No interest shown in attempting to satisfy the customer.
There are plenty of retailers that are interested in providing a good service to their customers and they are the ones that will get my custom in the future.

Very quick to respond to query regarding returns and extremely focussed on customer satisfaction. Excellent communications throughout process.
I expected far better from Mr Porter given their reputation and the premium prices they charge.
I purchased a JiaJia bracelet for around €400, and after only two months of normal use it completely broke apart. For a product in this price range, that level of durability is simply unacceptable.
What is even more disappointing is the way the issue has been handled. Instead of taking responsibility or offering a prompt solution, Mr Porter keeps telling me they are “waiting for the manufacturer’s response.” It has now been over two weeks with no resolution, no replacement, and no clear timeline.
When customers buy luxury items from a retailer like Mr Porter, the expectation is that the retailer stands behind the products they sell. Passing the responsibility back to the manufacturer while leaving the customer waiting is not acceptable customer service.
Very disappointing experience for what should have been a premium purchase.
I would like to add that they just asked me for 95 Euros to fix the item.

Want to add that the saga with the above item is still ongoing.
Two months have passed since the review above, and Mr Porter is still claiming they are “waiting for the repair.”
Despite being a loyal customer for years, I have been denied store credit multiple times.
It makes no sense for consumers to use middleman platforms to purchase luxury items when the platform fails to protect the customer once an issue arises.
Stay away. I am beyond disappointed.
