Really poor. Don't join, the welcome bonus ended up being 50 spins instead of 200 advertised . It's a complete scam.

I’m new to gambling and I deposited my £10, and I understand games with have wagering requirements (my fault for not checking) so I’m thinking okay I’ve got to win 10x the amount thinking it was 10x the free 220 spins which= £220. Fine whatever challenge accepted. I go onto the page to see the wagering requirements and it’s £933.30 🤣😭. I mean if this is not a scam I don’t know what is.

Terrible they make the promise of bonuses for signing up but then the website won't let you deposit using a debit card so they refuse to give your bonus on a technicality

I don't really like the games on the page (I joined because I thought they had Texas Hold'em, but they got a weird version that's kinda unfair for the player), so I didn't want to keep my account. I guess if you like black-jack and roulette or similar, it would be a nice page.

Anyways, I give it 4 stars since it wasn't a problem to withdraw the bonus they gave me.. I expected it would be, since they actually just gave me free money for creating an account this way.

However the advent calendar promotion has been very fun and I have successfully withdrawn, nice selection of games, what's not to like!

Well it looks like I'm not the only dissatisfied customer here.I only tried to verify my account today after being a member for months.Never won anything but there is 50euros in my account so I thought to withdraw it.After uploading documents again and again I finally tried live chat.
I can only say that the treatment and level of rudeness just left me in such a state I decided to just call it quits.
But then I received an email.
I responded.And to my horror asked for details of my card.
Something just clicked inside my head.
Anyway I have ended all communication and I hope anyone reading this will please stay well away from this site.

I am extremely disappointed with MrGreen.
• I requested a withdrawal on 18 November, but my funds have still not been sent.
• I uploaded my ID for verification, but my account was never approved.
• Despite multiple contacts with support, speaking with agents including Jude, Joan, Joann, Romelo, and Vikka, my issue has not been resolved.
• Finally, my account was blocked/closed without explanation.

I want my funds sent immediately and my account reactivated. I am still waiting for my money, and this delay is completely unacceptable. Support clearly does not prioritize customers, and repeated excuses are unacceptable.

I am sharing this experience to warn others: be extremely cautious with MrGreen.

Just a warning for those signing up - I did so via a targeted Facebook ad, but received the wrong (worse) welcome offer with ridiculous 20x wager requirements. Customer support refused to correct the offer.

So just be careful you seemingly can’t trust them!

I am waiting for a simple reply to a request to withdraw my own, actually deposited money with no response so far. Nothing to do with churning free spins or promotion cash, just want my original cash deposit back.
To anyone frustrated by Mr G : email them a complaint. Keep a copy. Allow two weeks to get a reply and if it's not resolved go to IBAS (Google it) for free arbitration. They will have to reply and it's the best advice you will get !
