I ordered iphone 16 pro max 250gb. First i was skeptical but after using this for a few days, I’ll say I’m completely satisfied. Battery is 100% with 230 cycles which is not real indeed it give me a great battery backup. Camera display even the back is perfect without even a scratch. Delivery took 5 days. I’m satisfied and will buy again from here.

Only downside was the downgrade of the price. They said the battery was not good, I believe it was good enough (Status was good in OS). Because I didn't want to slow down thing etc I've accepted the new offer.

I like that you can see the battery capacity of the phone before ordering. I ordered an iPhone in good condition and as a side note there appears to be a bit of dust under the front camera. However I only noticed this after months as it doesn't affect photo or video call quality.

I have mixed feelings but I will still give 5 stars and I will explain
Pros:
- Offered 200 euros more than Apple offered for a trade in of my iMac
- They actually paid the money
- Customer service responds fast
Cons:
- Still find the cost a bit low considering refurbished iMac with same specs go for more than double what they offered, but I guess they need to pay for shipping, technicians and what not...
- The silence will kill you first, if there is nothing wrong with your machine, the only way you know is by refreshing the page multiple times to see the status change (please just send an email). Also no confirmation that they have paid out, kept following up via customer service and received the money 6 working days after it changed to process complete.

Poor communication regarding updates in the selling process.
Leave customer feeling un-easy sending their product and not knowing if it has been a scam or not.
These products are expensive and should be treated as valuable, therefore keeping the customer calm by updating them is a great idea.

Not so happy with the service
I sent my Macbook Pro to be recycled, and the initial offer of 369.00 EUR was reduced to 50.00 EUR due to the need to replace the battery. Although I couldn't verify the validity of this claim, I had to accept the offer since sending the device back and forth would have been too expensive.

You guys sent the watch with a fake Nike sport band that fell apart after a few uses. You should check your products batter and not sell fake bands because they are often much worse quality from genuine Apple bands.
