We used this service twice. They were professional, so helpful, reliable and clean. I highly recommend them and would use them again for sure.

An all round decent company to deal with. Ours was all whole house fit out and every effort was made to provide us with the best product for our budget. The installation started on the date agreed and I have nothing but praise for the skills and attitude of the installers. I highly recommend this company.

This is the third occasion I have used MRD Design Floors and that speaks for itself. From helpful advice when choosing flooring through to expert fitting, the service is second to none. The shop staff are friendly and helpful. The fitters are first class, make a superb job and leave no mess. I’m a very happy customer and do not hesitate in recommending Design Floors.

Fantastic customer service from all the team. Great communication, Jen in the shop was so so helpful and answered all my queries, nothing was a bother. The boys who laid our floors and carpets were punctual, polite, and very tidy. Happy to answer questions as they went. Mike was great with the design ideas for the hallway, which helped the flow of the hall work better. Delighted with everything and would highly recommend them.

We had our hallway flooring replaced in July and what a difference it’s made to the entrance of our home! Our whole experience with MRD Flooring was great start to finish and we will look forward to using them again in the future.

I would fully recommend this company for an excellent all round service. We did not know which type of flooring we were wanting to put in our kitchen diner. We were offered an honest opinion based on the information we supplied resulting in a good quality vinyl being fitted. This was not the most expensive option but the one best suited to our circumstances. All our questions were answered to allow us to make the right choice.
The friendly fitters obviously had an eye for detail and a good work ethic.
A request for a minor defect to be rectified was met promptly and with good grace. The final result is an excellently fitted product that improves the room.

From choosing flooring to installation, I could not fault the expertise of Design Floors. I was purchasing flooring for a new build property and wanted to ensure that I chose the right flooring for the right room. Due to lockdown I was unable to visit the showroom, however, through a FaceTime call Jenny guided me around the show room and showed different qualities of floorings and ideas based on what my colours were. I was then delivered a wealth of different samples to look at and try against some of my colours and I was able to make decisions based on this. Jenny was very patient with me always changing my quotes and making sure everything was right, however at no point was I made to feel like a nuisance (although I probably was 😂). I was kept well up to date with some changes along the way and anticipated the date for the flooring to be laid. The craftsmanship of the fitters is faultless, with all the flooring looking phenomal now that it has been fitted. I would recommend MRD Design Floors to others as the service I received was excellent.

Excellent service from start to finish. Great help and advise in showroom, delighted with my final choice of flooring as there was so much choice available. Fitters were excellent and did a great job. They have a good way of working and job was completed quickly. Very tidy work, when they left you wouldn’t have known workmen had been in apart from the beautiful floor! Thank you to all the team. Highly recommended.
