😠 Approximately 8 months ago, during their anniversary’s drop, I placed an order that never arrived. Despite dozens of emails and around 50 messages exchanged in DM, the Marche Noir team still refuses to refund me. I'm making this public now. Refund me!! 😠
I ordered from this company in early February. I received no updates on my order until early April. Despite being advertised as an archive sale, this seems to have been made to order. In early April they wrote to say that the item was no longer in stock and that I would be issued a promo code. Most of the items then available were also out of stock and only available in other sizes. I wrote to request a refund and have not yet heard back.
I made an order at 9 of February, it wasn't shipped yet. Support doesn't answer, on Instagram they also don't answer. 💩 service
