Placed a delivery order, an item was missing (Sally's mistake). Customer service said I could go to store and pick up the item or they could refund the item. I asked that they deliver the missed item since it was their error. The answer was NO, it's against our policy.
They promise and dont deliver. He promised me that if he did not come thru for me will return my retainer, but after 2 years he only returned half. He won't come to the phone to have an honest discussion. he wasted 2 years of my time.
