Thomas and Chris turned up on time as promised and immediately put me at ease. Their approach and professionalism were outstanding and such agreeable chaps. The install was done without any dramas and they both stayed after the job to sit with me as I spoke with Octopus Energy about transferring tariffs, they didn't need to do that but they did. I have no hesitation endorsing Mr Charger and will be recommending this company to anyone I know who is considering a charger install. 10 out of 10, thanks you so much guys.

Alan has been quick to answer any questions I had. The fitter arrived on time was courteous and professional, he took the time to explain how it worked, the charger was up and running within 2hrs.

I came across Mr Charger by chance whilst searching for an EV charger fitter after initially choosing Octopus energy to fit my charger and being hit with a ridiculous and totally impractical requirement to dig a half metre deep trench all the way from my meter to the charging point. Something, as it turns out, is totally unnecessary. Mr Charger, Thomas, informed me that my current set up was fine and would easily support an EV charger. From the initial enquiry to completion, Thomas maintained excellent communication and provided a hassle free fitting to an excellent standard, and walked me through the set up/charging process. Overall a 5 star experience from an individual/company I would be happy to recommend. Many thanks.

Thomas was a pleasure to deal with. He explained in detail what needed to be done - EV charger installation on the parking lot of my apartment building - and how he was going to do it, and the time the job was going to take. He and his associate showed up on time, finished the job over two days as promised. I now have an EV charger powering my electric car silently and efficiently.

From the very beginning, Dom was professional, responsive and incredibly helpful. Our installation was far from straightforward, but he worked with us every step of the way, adapting the plan several times as the requirements changed. He also helped arrange and coordinate a completely new electrical supply, which wasn't part of the original project.
The installation was completed exactly as agreed, on time and to a very high standard. Everything was explained clearly, the workmanship was excellent, and nothing was too much trouble. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dom to anyone looking for a reliable, knowledgeable and trustworthy EV charger installer. Thank you again!

I phoned Head Office and spoke to a gentleman called Finn. I explained in my understanding what was not working late that day.
Mr Charger, was outstanding, said I should get a call by their partner based in MidUlster within 24 hours, and if any delay, I was to call back. I got the call by mid day. The engineer said he was almost 2 hours away and it would by 5.45pm by his navigation. I said, if he wanted, he could wait until following day, no, that was unfair. He was with me right on time despite my rural location. Spent a considerable amount of the evening to work on it. I was provided with a report, reassured, up and running immediately and running. EV is vastly evolving, but still a worry to newbie’s. I am on 3rd Hybrid/full electric. This has been the 3rd company (and local partner) I have used Mr Charger London Head Office were outstanding, so much so. I had to ask Finn, if there was an “insurance type protection” I could consider. I am deciding to subscribe to a one off subscription (very reasonable cost). The same way I would not ask a professional to correct a different type of professionals job, safety first, I have had outstanding work, speed and professionalism a literally “in a days work”. I was spending weeks waiting on the original person to fix, costing hundreds using public charging.
So impressed, I am getting another charge point fitted at a different property. Thank you Finn at MrCharger and Stephen, the engineer.
