Ordered €70 worth of products

Ordered €70 worth of products, website says 3-8 business days for delivery. It has now been over 2 weeks. No response to emails, Instagram and not reachable in any way. Customer service is diabolical. Shame as I wanted to support an Irish business. An email should be sent to inform customers of a delay and they should put a hold on this website until they can catch up with orders. No delay in taking the money. I won’t be a returning customer.

I ordered 2 xmas boxes on 9th December…

I ordered 2 xmas boxes on 9th December and no response whatsoever no delivery date. I will not be receiving those before Christmas and i demanded a refund but dont have any respond back. Anyone has their contact number?? think this is a ghost company and doesnt exist just a website . Avoid dont order

Does anyone know how I can get a reply from this company?? I’m waiting on 2 Christmas Mystery boxes to be delivered which I ordered on 12th Dec. I still haven’t received them. I’ve emailed them several times, no reply. I have sent them a message on Facebook messenger and Instagram and they still won’t reply. Does anyone have a phone number for them?? Very disappointed.

I wish I had read these reviews before…

I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered two mystery boxes for Christmas morning gifts. Payment was taken without delay and email confirmation received but nothing since despite messaging them via email and on messenger. Very bad customer service - you need to look at responding to emails/messages. I am not looking forward to seeing what I spent close to €40 on - if the product is as poor as their customer service

Further update - got an email in early January to say order would be with me soon - no sign so cancelled order - told refund would take 10 working days - still waiting for it and correspondence being ignored

Why o why didn't I read the reviews before I ordered????
Just avoid. Ordered 4th December.
Do not reply to emails. Do not reply to social media.
Disappointed as was a Christmas gift.
How this person is still in business is a mystery.

Very little in boxes as to what is advertised

Latest Update...
Report to CCPC and ASAI.
No response to email when asked about missing items and giving them a chance to fix order as per guidelines

Scamming people when the cost of living is already at a high.

This is not a what you call company- very badly run

Why are you taking orders you cannot fulfil.
I sent several emails and no reply. I commented on a post on Facebook that was put up by someone looking for their order and no response but then got an email it was shipped on 20th. It arrived the 21st and to pure disappointment. Hardly nothing in Christmas box or €20 mystery boxes. Christmas box had a duplicate item. But about a third of what is advertised on their video.
I won't ever be ordering from this company again.
After finding this company this year I honestly thought based on their video that you got what they showed was in the boxes. And be ordering for birthdays going forward as all my family are into this type of thing.
Was excited to see the box but it is pure disappointment.
I emailed them and surprisingly they didn't reply.
I will be taking this forward for false advertising as based on reviews this company is scamming people.

Christmas mystery box not received

Ordered a Christmas mystery box from MrCandy on the 1st of December for my daughter for Christmas. I have emailed numerous times to enquire where my order is and have been told I will been notified when it is dispatched and I emailed again to see was there any update and have had no response to this email. Have not received any update, dispatch notification or any information as to when or if I will get my order. This order was meant to be received in time for Christmas and there is now only a few days left until Christmas day. This is unacceptable and very disappointing service from this company.

5 months later, no order.

Ordered off these on the 19th of July for a birthday present and I have still to this day (21st December) not received my order. I have emailed and contacted their social media pages numerous times, I have probably got a reply from them about 3 times at the start, and then they started to completely ignore my messages and emails. Completely unprofessional customer service considering I ordered over 5 months ago, I have asked for a refund and haven’t received that either. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This is no way to treat the people who are paying you for your services. So disappointed.

Very disappointing experience with this company.

I placed my order at the cost of €90 on the 04/12/2023 and I only received the order today after emailing them twice with no response to the emails, Facebook private msg them and eventually I got an answer from them then completely ignored again when I asked for updates regarding my order until I put a comment on tictoc on their advertisement that I would take the matter further if someone did not get back to me regarding my order. I then received another msg from Mr. Candy saying to D.M them on tictoc and they will sort the order which I did and yet again nothing until last night when I got a msg from fast way to say they will deliver the order today 21/12/2023.
For an Irish company that advertises everywhere they can, their customer service is shocking. If @Mr.Candy.ie cannot keep up with the volume of orders, STOP taking so many orders. I do not recommend this company to anyone and I suggest they get some training on how to deal with customers instead of letting them down.

If I could give zero stars I would 😤 an absolute disaster of a company, I ordered 3 Christmas mystery boxes on the 8th of dec and when I check my account it says order not fulfilled but money gone out of my account, I’ve sent numerous emails and no response, at this stage I just want my refund because there’s no chance of gettin them before Xmas now, I will never order from this company again

77 euro down the drain

Ordered 3 Christmas mystery boxes for presents costing €77 no sign and no response from them multiple times,an explanation would do at this point so I can arrange an alternative gift for my niece and nephews ,what good is a chr6 box after the event,please respond,terrible service in this day and age when local businesses are struggling,you should be jumping through hoops ti keep your customers loyal

Disappointing

I've ordered here for the past 2 years and there was no problem with the delivery but for this year, it seems their customer service has gone down. I placed an order on December 9th for 2 Christmas mystery boxes and 1 American crisps box. Got a confirmation email and that's about it. I've sent 2 messages and no response at all. They were meant to be Christmas presents for my 3 children and I paid €65. Very disappointing.

Great range of treats

Have ordered from Mr Candy many times. Ordered 3 Christnas Mystery Boxes this time. They arrived promptly and each box was packaged well with a fantastic range of quality treats inside. (I had a quick peep) My 3 children will be so pleased with these.

Not happy ordered 3 boxes for my kids Xmas presents on the 5th and still nothing and even worse not one reply from an email never again will I use this company, all my kids asked for these on their santa lists wish I went with a different company as now it's too late to get from anywhere else so my kids are going to be left disappointed not happy atall
